We have been staying at this condo complex for 15+ years with family over Labor Day and it is always a great stay. This condo was very clean and since the building was renovated last year, everything felt very up to date and mostly modern. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the linens and towels were very fresh.
The management group was very communicative via text and checkin/checkout was very easy and clear.

Location is fantastic- short walk to the beach- the complex is small which makes all the facilities easily accessible. The pool is great. The on-site property manager (Karen) is very helpful and friendly, and keeps the common spaces neat. Okoloosa Island itself was a nice quiet retreat from the busier surrounding places like Destin- so it was nice to return after adventuring to the quiet, calm area. The unit is just as described- it is clean- stocked with plenty of extra linens and towels for our group of 4.

The location is great. 2nd row from the beach. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach. They don't supply paper towels.

Thank you Holiday Isle! They made an exception for the age to rent for my husband and I. We had a great stay, no complaints here! The place was clean, and it was such a short walk to the beach. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

The landscaping is really nice including the beach access path. The condo was clean with plenty of towels and blankets. It’s also right next to a public beach access which we used after checkout. We had a super nice stay!
