South Bay by the Gulf 055

For the past 7 years we have always stayed at Sandpiper Cove, but found this when our usual condo was booked. I’m not sure if we’ll go back! We had plenty of room for the 4 of us. I liked having the half bath upstairs by the living area. It was super clean, and the full size washer and dryer was a plus. It was quick walk to the beach, and the private beach access was perfect because it wasn’t as crowded as most. Chair service was super friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay, and look forward to returning!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with a nice view overlooking a bay where we saw several turtles. It was very family-friendly, only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and having an umbrella and two chairs included at the private beach was a nice bonus.
My only real complaints were cleanliness and the AC setup. The couches could have been cleaner, and we found a dead cockroach during our stay. The thermostat also seemed to control the downstairs more than the upstairs, so it was often cold downstairs while still warm upstairs.
The beds were comfortable, and we had a good experience overall, but for the price, I expected a little more attention to cleanliness and comfort.

This is the perfect place!!! This unit is on the lake with patios that over look the lake but also only a short walk away from the pool and the private beach access. Making it the perfect place for kids with different water hobbies. The unit was clean, comfortable, and thankfully labeled (all remotes and light switches were labeled which was a nice touch). I can’t say enough how great this place was and we look forward to returning in the future for another family trip. :)

The space was perfect for our family of four! Easy access to the beach, despite a short walk through the parking lot. Beach attendant was awesome for the included two chairs, umbrella that come with the rental. Friendly and helpful. The office staff was very responsive via text which was convenient. Grounds and unit were all well maintained. This unit was nice to have the lake view to enjoy when we weren’t at the beach. Decorating was nice, beds comfortable. Kitchen could use a could extra pans, pitcher, etc but was otherwise just fine! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, groceries. Family agreed it is a place we could come back to! Thank you!

Amazing place, would recommend and stay again. Place was clean, tidy, and beautiful. Hosts were FANTASTIC. Very responsive and so helpful with anything you need if they can do it. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This was the absolute perfect peaceful location. Everything was just like described and the view from my bedroom/living room was beautiful. My family and I loved our stay we felt right at home. The beach was walking distance along with the heated pool. We have 0 complaints everything was perfect! We will most definitely be booking here again! I highly recommend!

Right on the lake so waking up and going on the balcony in the morning was so relaxing. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes. We will definitely book through the management company again.

The perfect spot for vacation. Everything you need is located within 1-2 mile radius and the private beach access put the icing on the cake for us.

We had a GREAT stay! The townhouse was amazing! It was very clean, beautiful decor, 2 lovely, very comfortable king size beds. Fresh linens & towels. Large TVs in each room and the upstairs. Two beautiful balconies! Holiday Isle was lovely to work with! They were always very responsive, helpful & kind! The townhouse is an amazing, super quick walk through the complex to the beach - with private reserved beach access! The beach access comes with 2 chairs & an umbrella! We rented 2 additional chairs with ease! You can easily walk to a lovely restaurant called the Pancakery (and others across the street) & to several beach stores! We took quick Ubers to Harborwalk Village and everywhere we wanted to go! Amazing stay & we can’t wait to go again! Thank you!

This stay was such an all-around incredibly comfortable experience. The moment we became familar with Southbay by the Gulf, we never wanted go leave. Our unit was quite literally around the corner from the breathtaking, quiet & white sandy beach. The convenience and comfortability of this property, the beds throughout the condo, the complimentary home appliances and sea-themed decor made our stay remarkably memorable. This was my first time booking a weekend stay through Airbnb and I’m thoroughly impressed with how safe and convenient the majority of my stay went. I’ve already favorited and kept this place in mind for the next vacay! Immensely thankful for how responsive and polite Holiday Isle/Southbay representatives were for allowing a bit of an extended check out, as well. The pictures do not do this place justice — don’t think twice about booking your next family vacation here!!

This was a great condo with beach access. I literally walked to the beach each day. It comes with two chairs and an umbrella set up on the private beach. I loved that the bedrooms were downstairs and the living space upstairs. Two balconies. Kitchen w pots, pans, utensils. This was a nice home away from home for the weekend. Checkin was easy. Easy keyless entry. Would stay again. Close to everything.
