The condo was lovely, well stocked, and convenient. The beach had us set up with chairs and umbrellas every morning, which made carting stuff to the water a lot easier.

Had a great stay with my family. Very spacious for a group of 8. I love that there was more than enough towels provided. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and appliances needed.

Our stay here in Destin was amazing. The house had everything you could ask for. Lake outback with plenty of fish and a bunch of very hungry turtles coming to greet you. Just a few minute walk over the lake bridge and you are on the private beach. Everything is close by within few minutes of driving. Will definately be back.

Great location close to the beach, pool, restaurants and local shopping. Beautifully decorated condo, we loved the cool beach vibe. Very well equipped if you want to cook at home. Streaming services were excellent. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the birds. Excellent communication from start to finish. We really loved this stay and plan to be back soon

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay SouthBay is always second home to me, very unique layout of unit. Beds were amazing even couch and chairs were comfortable. Double deck is pretty convenient. Folks are very kind and responsive to anything. Definitely worth booking again. Thank you again for everything!

The townhouse was wonderful. Enjoyed the upper and lower decks so much. Spent lots of time on both. We Will be back to 043. The only negative I would like to mention. The tub would not drain at all. I had to clean it out myself which was nasty. Lots of long dark hair. Second the front outer door does not shut and stay closed. We always had to keep the front door closed. Other then those 2 things we loved our stay.

Very nice property. Owner made a change to the spare room which actually worked out better for us! This was communicated with us well in advance. Well taken care of property. Just needs a deep clean from what was probably a very busy vacation season, but nothing to cause a commotion or complain about. It worked out well for 4 adults and our fur family members.

We found the condo and as we pulled into town i received a message our room was ready so we went straight there and the girls changed and we went straight to the pool We enjoyed the whole week there and people around us was very friendly ! It was a beautiful place and my husband said i woukd go back there and stay again !

We enjoyed our stay! Place was very clean and a easy 2 minute walk to the beach!! It was nice that we had chairs and a umbrella that is included although you only get 2 so if you have more in your party make sure you bring enough!! Location was perfect! Everything you need within close drive! We did not want to leave. We will most definitely be back!!

My mom and I had a wonderful visit at Holiday Isle! The beach was a short walk away and we had easy access to so many different restaurants and shopping areas. The place itself was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our time there. The covered downstairs porch was especially nice in the early afternoon once the sun came out. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants a quiet beach vacation!

We absolutely loved it! Super nice and spacious. Enjoyed both decks on the upper and lower level. Loved watching the turtles in the bay behind the townhouse. A little walk to the beach but nothing extreme. Would absolutely stay there again.

Had a great trip with the family! Location was great. Being right on the lake was fun. Lots of turtles and birds to watch, even the teenagers enjoyed it. Short walk to the beach wasn’t bad.

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect for access to the beach where we were treated to 2 chairs and an umbrella each day. Easy access to get on 98 to go to any restaurant. The house was clean, comfortable and decorated super cute for that beach feel. Highly recommend making this your home away from home for vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Very nice and clean with plenty of space to accommodate our family of 6. The views from the balconies were so beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything one could need to cook. Extra linens and towels in the closets, as well as board games and books were a plus. The pools And beach were a short walk from the condo!

Our family absolutely loved this condo! We have three young boys and the double bottom bunk, with a single on top worked perfectly. I appreciate them allowing us to bring our sweet dog, Shelly with us! Dogs love vacations too! The set up of the condo was spectacular. Having two balconies to relax on and enjoy views of the lake was such a treat! We fished off the bottom balcony but decided feeding the turtles was way more fun. The pool closest to the beach was our favorite. It’s a quiet space with a minimal (and enjoying!) walk over to the ocean! Thank you SO much for providing an extremely comfortable king size mattress for the adults! I slept amazingly every night even though we were up bright and early each day. I would highly recommend and looking forward to coming back again one day! Also! We took a day trip over to Morrison Springs and that place was magical! Highly recommend. It’s less than an hour drive and so beautiful with the most crystal clear water you’d ever dream to see. Thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely piece of paradise.

The management company was easy to work with. The home had everything we needed except laundry detergent. This was made known to us beforehand so bring your own. Very nicely decorated and super convenient location!

Was our first trip to Destin even though the weather did not help at all to fully enojoy our vacation...We loved the beach, the condo had everything we needed and washer and dryer was a plus! I recommend to rent this condo beach was only 5 minutes walking. Thank you.

This was our winter home and fit the bill perfectly. It is clean, comfortable, and roomy, with all the essentials. The side yard was great for our dog, just needs some landscaping. Everyone was friendly and helpful, we will be back in 2018.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the unit was clean when we arrived. It was nicely decorated and had a beachy feel to it. Although it was a bit of a walk to the beach, it wasn't terrible and still nice not to have to get in the car and drive there. A hot tub/jacuzzi would have been nice to have also. Over all, we loved it and would definitely stay again
