Description

Shoreline Towers will be undergoing a complex wide waterproofing project beginning September 14th until April 23rd. This work will impact certain buildings at a time but there will be scaffolding, construction workers, and construction materials onsite during this time frame. Due to the scope of the project loud noise may be possible as well as dust. Currently, this project is not projected to impact any beach access.

If you're tastes require nothing less than the best, Shoreline Towers #1052 is the condo for you. This two bedroom, two bathroom platinum condo is done completely in gorgeous authentic tile throughout. The owner has done a complete remodel, making this condo the one to beat in all of Shoreline Towers, leaving no expense spared. The living room has a huge flat screen HDTV with quality surround sound, as well as a wrap around leather sofa that's so comfortable you'll wish you could take it home with you. The kitchen has undergone a complete overhaul like the rest of the condo, and the wood work, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops are guaranteed to impress. The master bedroom has a King bed, HDTV, balcony access, and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The private master bathroom has a large vanity area to get ready for the beach in ease. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds, allowing the condo to sleep a total of 6 people, and also offers a great view of the Gulf. The balcony stems off the living room and has nice seating, allowing you to soak in those Destin sunsets. This condo also comes with a Washer/ Dryer so you can pack light. Amenities for this complex include a sauna, work out room, pool, and shuffle board. You'll be hard-pressed to find a nicer beachfront property on all of Holiday Isle, call today! Great space with all the amenities one could need. The views of the water from the balcony were spectacular. The only complaint, which has nothing to do with the condo itself, is that the umbrellas and chairs are set up so closely on the beach that it is hard to navigate your way through them if you aren't placed on the 1st row. You have to almost climb under someone else's umbrella set up to get through.

The only issue I had was I had a very special item of clothing that was accidentally left. I immediately messaged the host, which was not a person, it's an office, to ask them to please get with the cleaner to see if I could get it back. All they kept saying to me is if anything is turned into the lost and found they'll contact me. I even offered a reward to have it returned. I believe it was an issue where they did not want to take the one additional step to contact the cleaning crew. There was absolutely no issue with home it was wonderful! Also, no issue with the owners. My only issue is them employing a company to oversee their property who doesn't seem to want to be bothered.

Great location. Walked to and from the beach all the time. Loved the spacious balconies too. Balcony also connects to master bedroom so you can hear the ocean while sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available when needed, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo. It has everything you need, the condo is clean, neat, beautiful and the view is fantastic. We love it. It is a quick walk to the beach (1 minute walk). Just 1 minor problem is the beach is a private beach even though the condo is right on the beach .That means you cannot set up your own chair and umbrella, you have to rent them.

I decided to have a vacation trip to celebrate my birthday with my family and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to the beach and restaurants, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed and more. Definite 5 stars!

The condo is right on the beach with the balcony overlooking the water! Plenty of parking on site and gated community for extra security. It waa very easy to communicate to the property managers and they were very thourough and helpful. Condo was clean and very comfortable! We will be returning to 1052 very soon!

Perfect Getaway

Out stay was perfect. It was easy to get into our unit and carts were provide to make hauling our stuff easy. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and it was quick to get to the beach! Would definitely recommend!

Clean, quiet. Did have an issue with beach chairs. Had us too close to others. No room to even walk between umbrellas. Could not play our music because we felt it might bother someone.

We had such a wonderful stay here! Approximately a 2 minute walk to the beach, and the pool was maybe 5 minutes away which was also very fun. Beautiful beach front views, both rooms with big windows to get amazing views of the ocean. Many stores and restaurants near by, which made it super easy to get around. Host responded to everything within minutes. We loved our stay here!

Let me just say that the view from both rooms and the balcony was amazing! The place was extremely clean and literally right on the beach. Being able to go to the beach and walk up to the room whenever we needed was so convinient. Everything you need was also at a walking distance. We will definitely be coming back!

Updated and well stocked

Our family of 4 stayed for 7 nights. We enjoyed Shoreline Towers. The unit was well updated and had a lot of touches of home. Baths had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I would like to see is new soft sheets in the master bedroom! I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Condo

I had never been to Destin and I loved it. The condo we rented was Shorline Towers 1052 and it was very, very nice. We had a great view of the gulf, the kitchen was fantastic and the very large flat screen TV with surround sound was great for the late night movies. After staying a week in this condo in Destin, I will never go back to Myrtle Beach.

Our family of 4 stayed for 7 nights. We enjoyed Shoreline Towers. The unit was well updated and had a lot of touches of home. Baths had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped.
