You must view this gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom condo at Sandpiper Cove that sleeps six guests, Sandpiper Cove Beachwalk condo number 9210. The spacious Living Room has two couches that double as Daybeds, a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, HD Cable, a DVD player, and access to the large Balcony. The Dining Area is located near the Living Room TV and has a square table set for four guests. Adjacently, there is bar seating for two guests in the Kitchen. The Kitchen is large and has full size appliances, a plethora of counterspace, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite feast. There is a set of Bunk Beds built into the hallway across from the condo’s dual vanity. The Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination and can be accessed via the hallway or the Bedroom. The Bedroom has a King bed, a wall mounted HD TV, HD cable, and a window looking over Gulf Shore Drive and Sandpiper Cove. The Balcony is a sight to behold. It is large and in charge and comes with an outside dining table and slight views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a two-minute walk to the beach, complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, and a thirty second walk to Sandpiper Cove’s best (out of five) pools.

This location is super close to the beach, only being a 5 minute walk from the unit we stayed in. The hosts were very quick to respond each time we had a question. The unit was clean and was really easy to get in to with the keypad. These condos also sit in a very nice location in Destin and is close to lots of shopping, food and activities.

We rented a golf cart to drive around the neighborhood and to the beach. Loved the beach access chairs and private beach area. Also- loved taking the water taxi from the neighborhood to the harbor boardwalk restaurants and shopping

Management company was extremely responsive. All descriptions were accurate. It was a walk across the street to the beach, but a great location within the community. The condo was very clean. Could use a new mattress in the bedroom, but otherwise all was very comfortable.

I never write reviews, but this one deserves it. We absolutely loved our stay here! It was our first time at the beach with our 11 month old daughter. This place exceeded our expectations and was very family friendly. So clean and homey. The master bed was so comfortable and we loved the daybeds in the living room for lounging. The beach was quickly accessible by using the walkway or even driving a few feet and parking close to the pier. We also loved that the condo came with two beach chairs & an umbrella! A must when traveling with littles! Host answered all questions we had without even having to ask- very proactive which I really appreciate. We were also able to check-in early! 10/10 on this stay :) we would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved this condo, it was beautiful and right across from the beach! Our balcony view was amazing! Very cozy and clean. The only thing and kind of an inconvience, there are no basic cleaning supplies. No broom, no cleaning solution to wipe down dining table or even paper towels. (Yes I know that’s listed) being as we’re coming back from the beach daily and bringing tons of sand it’d be nice to be able to clean up a bit. We went out & bought some things to tidy up, being there a few days it can get a little messy! Also no smart tv only cable, also kind of a bummer. But other than that, the place is great! & the host was very responsive and helpful.

I recommend it, really everything was super good since we arrived.

I extend my greetings from the entrance staff to the beach staff, everyone works very well, I felt at ease at all times. The apartment was all clean, tidy, the decor made us feel at home and allowed us to rest and relax. The comfortable beds. We knew there was only one bathroom but it was really good for us. We were three adults and four kids. Everything is very close, to shop, eat and do other activities. We took the opportunity to visit the Aviation Museum it was 30 min away but it was worth it, since my son loves them. The beach is close by and you can walk, there are showers, bathrooms and restaurants. 👍🏻The host wrote to us from before our arrival and was attentive to our needs in relation to the house and spaces. We look forward to returning soon. 💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Lo recomiendo, de verdad todo estuvo súper bien desde que llegamos. Extiendo mi felicitación desde el personal de la entrada hasta el personal de la playa, todos trabajan muy bien, me sentí a gusto en todo momento. El apartamento estaba todo limpio, ordenado, la decoración nos hizo sentir en casa y nos permitió descansar y relajarnos. Las camas cómodas. Sabíamos que había un solo baño pero realmente para nosotros estuvo bien. Fuimos tres adultos y cuatro niños. Todo está muy cerca, para hacer compras, comer y hacer otras actividades. Nosotros aprovechamos de visitar el Museo de Aviación nos quedó a 30 min pero valió la pena, ya que a mi hijo le encantan. La playa está cerca y puedes ir caminando, hay duchas, baños y restaurantes. 👍🏻El anfitrión nos escribió desde antes de nuestra llegada y estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades con relación a la casa y espacios. Queremos volver pronto. 💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We absolutely loved staying here! There was plenty of room! We loved that we had a pool and an easy access straight to the beach! The host responded back fast and were great! We can’t wait to come back!

Pro- Holiday Isle was a pleasant place to stay. The office to check in was a bit frustrating to locate, but once I did it was easy to check in and get to the Condo. The beach was beautiful and there was always security present. The restaurant in the facility was good however it was more upscale than what I was expecting so not a good place to bring kids. We were able to see Dolphins on all the mornings we made it out to the beach which was very nice. The living area and main bed was extremely comfortable.
Cons- the condo had 2 beds in a bathroom sink area which made it extremely crowded to try and do personal hygiene and have people sleeping in the room. There are 2 gates to walk through from our condo to get to the beach and often times it was cumbersome to punch in the code on both gates if you were carrying things. The hot tubs did not seem very hot for my taste but other people enjoyed it.

The condo was very clean, decorated very cute, beds were extremely comfortable, loved have washer/dryer, located in a great area and close to everything. It truly is a couple minute walk to the beach, friendly and helpful security guards, very nice pool area, and has a decent balcony area. It was 2 adults and 3 teenage girls so there was plenty of sleeping space. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

When we got there the staff was really kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and organized. The location of the complex was very close to everything you could do in Destin. Nothing was more than 30 min away. The beach was easy to get to and the section was well maintained. Whenever we had a question we got a response within the hour.

Absolutely enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet with all the amenities. Was only mere minutes from the private beach which included beach service for two daily. Location was close to our excursions and other daily needs or wants. Will definitely stay here for future visits. Would highly recommend!

Very clean, quiet condo right across the street from the beach and minutes away from some of the best dining, nightlife, and shopping Destin has to offer. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

STAY. HERE. Don’t pass go. Don’t look on. You won’t find anything near this good for this price. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is a one bedroom condominium on the 2nd floor (walk-up) with a beautiful, sunny kitchen/great room combination with two futons and also bunk beds for 2 kids in the bathroom area. (Sounds weird, but it works). The most georgeous beach is right across the street. Everything you need. Decorated beautifully. Sliders open to small deck with ocean views (partially obstructed). Central air, WiFi, televisions in bdrm and great room. Just don’t waste any more time. For the money, this place is a steal.
