We've been going to Sandpiper Cove for over 20 years, and we love it. This place was perfect for our family of 4 ( 2 corgis). It was clean and well-stocked. Being right next to one of the pools was great! We would absolutely rent this again!

This little place was perfect for our weekend get away. Pool was right outside the house, 10min walk to their private beach, as well as chair & umbrella service ! The house itself was perfect & had a lot more cookware than any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The hosts responded immediately to messages. Couldn’t say enough good things, 10/10 would stay again !

The place was exactly as listed. It was a perfect size for a family with small kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and the area was clean. It was located a ways from the beach but an easy car ride. The pool was right behind the apartment and was wonderful with our small kids.

My husband and I have been vacationing in the Destin/Miramar Beach for about 10 years now and this was our first time staying at Sandpiper Cove and won’t be our last. We were very pleased and so much so that we wound up extending our stay one more day. The staff at Holiday Isle helped us out so much. We arrived after hours on our arrival and due to some confusion on paying a pet fee we didn’t receive any of check in information, but the gate guard helped us get in contact with a representative and got us taken care of. The property offers so many amenities that just make going to the beach so much easier and even more relaxing. Definitely recommend!

We really liked the property. It was clean and just the right size for the 4 of us. It was an easy walk to the beach and it conveniently came with beach chairs and an umbrella at the beach which was awesome. Also the complex had so much to do, pickle ball courts and golf course. Also the pool right out the back of the unit was nice. It was centrally located in the middle of Destin and close to everything. The washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay again if we come back.

We loved it, even though we were at the back of the property and could hear motorcycles and sirens. The property is enclosed and communal. Lots of pools. Very pretty. Hot tubs! Nice people. Easy access to the beach! Would highly recommend for families wanting to be right in Destin. The chair set up was so nice!

A great stay!! We had a blast and would absolutely rent again. The condo was clean and we didn’t have any issues. The complex was quiet, but that might be due to us coming late in the tourist season. If you are looking for a great place to stay--- this is it! The private beach across the street has bathrooms, along with a bar and some food options (cash only). The rental company was responsive, polite, and accommodating. The unit was dog friendly (with a fee). This condo complex is one of my favorites because they are so polite, convenient to the beach, and close to Destin nightlife. The only issue we had with the unit was there was some traffic noise and how long it takes to get in and out of the complex. The location of this unit was near the back, which isn’t their fault or anything they can control. We had a blast, thank you for hosting us!

This place was perfect, had everything we needed, bed was comfy, unit was clean decorated tastefully kitchen has everything. The wifi went out but was fixed same day the sent someone out immediately and notified cox. Everyone was so helpful the property is private and felt extremely safe. The private beach access across the street was *chef kiss, we are spoiled now. I went to yoga right next to the resort at Rosted yoga and the locals and restaurants were welcoming and friendly. I brought my two children under 3two dogs and it was perfect. The pull out couch is very comfortable. There is plenty of extra linen pillows and towels.
The balcony overlooks the pool and it’s quiet and never crowded. There are 3 pools on the property and one overlooks the bay/ harbor. And is close to the restaurant. I left an entire cabinet full of our stuff and I didn’t realize till over a week later and they found it and mailed it to me immediately. The staff is kind & professional. Will b back

The location in Destin is great. Target and Winn Dixie are right across the highway. It was nice to stay in a community setting rather than in a high-rise. I loved it!

This condo is just as it is described. You have the bare basics (bring your own paper towels, tissues, and beach towels) but that is really all you need for a beach getaway. The bed is comfy. In unit washer and dryer is a nice touch, but I did not use it on this trip. Your backyard is one of the complex's pools and one of the holes on the 9-hole course. The beach is a short (8 min) walk or you can drive. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided and set-up for you which is GREAT! There is a (cash ONLY) snack bar on the beach that has a good prices and selection -- even beer! Overall, the location is PERFECT! The complex has everything you could possibly need. The condo has the basics for an easy beach trip. Enjoy!

Excellent place to stay! Just make sure your condo isn’t too far from the entrance or you’ll have a very lengthy walk to the beach!
