We had a great stay here- it was about a 10 minute walk to the private beach or a 2 minute car drive. I always found parking at the lot in front of the beach as well as the parking lot of the condo. We were able to rent an umbrella and chairs at the beach for about $45 for the whole “day” they were open (9am-6pm). The home was clean, and they provided lots of towels but no beach towels. There are at least 3 swimming pools in the community and one was just a few feet away. It was very quiet and always felt safe. I had a great time and the restaurant within the community was delicious. I definitely recommend this stay and can’t wait to come back!

Another great stay at Sandpiper Cove! Once again, a peaceful neighborhood, right across the street from the beach, great pools, and a short drive to dozens of restaurants. I’ll be back!

We absolutely loved the place, location, and easy access to everything! This was our first time staying in this condo, but have stayed in others there! The condo was as pictured. Beds were comfortable! Only thing I might add is have extra bowls with lids to put leftovers in or fruit! We didn’t have any there! And I’m about cleaning after myself and we didn’t have access to any of the cleaning supplies to wipe anything down 😬 but we made it work! The host was incredible! Definitely will be back!

Me and girlfriend took our first ever trip with our 4 month old baby. We felt comfortable and safe in the area! So many stores and restaurants nearby. Private access to the beach was amazing.
We had the best time, Definitely will be coming back! 10/10 recommend

...across the beach which is 10 mits walk or 3-4mits drive. A lots of food options within 3-4 miles. They had 2 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 boogie boards, golf kit and tennis rackets in the apartment. We only faced one issue of internet speed being very low .

Great value. Got exactly what we paid for. The property was quiet, clean and the location was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the AC was ice cold. The kitchen was functional and the bathroom was large. I would definitely recommend this property.

The condominium complex is beautiful, with canals where you can park your boat, 10 minutes walking to the private entrance beach, you can also drive and plenty of parking. One of the best spots in Destin. The management company is absolutely top-shelf. The location really can't be beaten with private beach access and a great place to eat right off the sand and not expensive at all! Tennis courts and golfing green right outside my door, and it was perfect that the front office has clubs, balls, rackets, and DVDs that you can borrow for free! Pros Having the washer and dryer in the condo was excellent. It was nice to have the space of the king-sized bed. The proximity to stores such as Target and lots of restaurants was very convenient and you can save some money by taking advantage of the nearby Winn-Dixie and the fully equipped kitchen. Cons This unit seemed like it could use some updates. Problems: broken storm door, but I was able to fix it. The bathroom sink drained a little slowly, but not enough to cause problems. Overall, we definitely plan on coming back.

The management company is absolutely top shelf. One of the employees even helped jumpstart my car when it died outside of the office. The location really can't be beat with private beach access and a great place to eat right off the sand. I loved the tennis courts and golfing green right outside my door, and it was perfect that the front office has clubs, balls, rackets, and DVDs that you can borrow for free!
Pros
Having the washer and dryer in the condo was excellent, and our family of 4 had the perfect amount of space. It was nice to have the space of the king-sized bed. The proximity to stores such as Target and lots of restaurants was very convenient and you can save some money by taking advantage of the nearby Winn-Dixie and the fully equipped kitchen.
Cons
This unit seemed like it could use some updates. Problems included not having a lock on the back siding door, and having a broken storm door. The king-sized bed was extremely firm which was a negative for me, but a positive for my hubby. The bathroom sink drained a little slowly, but not enough to cause problems.
Overall, we definitely plan on coming back for our next trip to Destin.

It was a lot better than we expected. Just the right amount of space for our little family. Could be a little more baby/toddler friendly but not anything we couldn't adjust on our own. While we enjoyed the perk of being right on the canal the best part was having access to the private beach

This was our 3rd time staying on this property and you could not have asked for a more perfect location. For two of us the condo was the perfect size. It was quiet both during the day and in the evening, and you could walk or drive to the beach as it was directly across the street from where we were.
The staff at the office were very welcoming and the staff at the guard house always had a smile and waved. Very secure location and close to stores and restaurants and so much. We will be back to Holiday Isle and you should come stay if you haven't already!!

The condo was clean. Nice view of the canal & very quiet. We enjoyed playing the golf hole behind us. We had a minor maintenance issue but they were quick to fix it & as always everyone is so hospitable. We love Sandpiper Cove & won't stay anywhere else when we come to visit ? it is a little far from the beach but we still had an amazing visit as always ??

Sandpiper condo and private beach made it easy for us to stray with 2 kids. It was a quick walk from the condo. Only thing needed to be fix was the sliding door. It's old and had a hard time closing and lock. Overall, the condo is nice and good price. The location and private beach made up for the sliding door. Everyone was nice that work at holiday isle and sandpiper, it's a very safe and quiet place to stay

The condo was clean and just what we needed. It was overlooking part of the golf course and the canal. Absolutely perfect. I LOVED the private beach and the snack bar right on the beach. Customer service from HolidayIsle was so absolutely fantastic. My family and I will be sure to be back. The resort is centrally located for everything you could possibly need and traffic was not bad at all, especially from running back and forth to the beach, Target, and Winn Dixie. Well done and I can't wait for our next visit!!!! I am referring all my friends to Sandpiper Cove for all their vacation needs.

The worst part of the stay was leaving! To begin with and talk to Jeremy who went out of his way to assist us with finding a downstairs perfect unit near a pool and to be happy with his job was just the beginning of the stay, a full 3 months in advance of leaving! After that we "met" Patricia with Guest services she loved to help us and all via email! This is still a rare event most places and in this day and age email is my main form of communication and she answered all questions, quickly! 4 days before leaving we had a death in the family and Patricia again went out of her way to help us, we arrived late and were able to extend our vacation for the time we missed for a small extra charge! From my wife and I we thank you! Sandpiper Cove 1030 was/is awesome, we hope to book it again if we can't get one that is basically in the pool this was close though! The only dislikes were the bed was a bit hard and the sprinkler system seemed to run a bit much and some people (residents maybe) couldn't park ion their spaces! This isn't Holiday Isle's fault we know! We look fwd to many many more vacations with these people!
