Pelican Beach 1811

My daughter and I had a great long weekend here. The view was spectacular and the condo had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful when I had to contact them with a payment issue. I'd definitely stay here again.

Could not have asked for a better experience at the condo or the property, Had everything we needed in the condo. Might want to bring extra garbage bags but it does state that on the website. VIEW WAS AWESOME!!!!

I booked this condo for myself, mom, and sister. We fell in love and had the most wonderful mother daughter trip! The views from the livingroom and dinning area were breathtaking and the balcony was beautiful! We enjoyed this stay so much that we will definitely return! The host reached out to make sure we arrived with an easy check in and made sure our trip was wonderful.

We stayed from Monday to Friday. It was a great resort. Beach was clean. Pool area was fun. Having different pool options. Loved the showers by the beach to rinse off. Room was clean and very comfortable

Location was perfect for the purpose of my son’s baseball tournament. Upon check in, front desk was not very enthusiastic and welcoming and not helpful when I needed a cart to take a million things to my car. Definitely needs to invest in more carts. Front gate entrance staff were very nice and helpful. Overall condo was beautiful! As a woman, I really appreciate the “makeup towels”. I will def stay here again!

We loved our stay! The communication with check in and out was great! Beautiful resort with wonderful amenities! Close to so much and there are plenty of ride options in the area. Was great as a couples trip but would also make for a great place for a family vacation! 5 stars!!

loved being able to have meals with the beautiful view. Kitchen was good for making meals. Multiple towels were provided, which we appreciated. Downside the couch was uncomfortable but that’s what you get with a pullout couch and the patio could benefit from a bar height table and chairs. It is time for an update but again it was clean, plenty of space and a great view from patio and kitchen table.

The room itself was fine. I just would not choose Paradise again. They are way too strict with the beach. The only time a family can have a fun time on the beach is after 500 when they take the sea of umbrellas down. They have 6 rows of beach chairs and umbrellas from one side to the other and roped off so you can’t go on either side of them. The only choice you have is to set up behind all of them and then you can’t even see the ocean. The chairs are about two feet apart from each other. The only people that were friendly were the ones at the cafe and tiki bar.

This listing exceeded my expectations. The view was amazing and the balcony was private. The smart TVs were convenient for a rainy night we had and the overall cleanliness of the room great Would stay here again for sure.

Holiday Isle Properties itself was a little difficult to find, as it was a separate property than from the condo/resort. But the condo was very easily accessed and we were able to sit by the pool prior to check in and the resort allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk which was very helpful!

The first room we booked had construction and they were not aware of it. So I contacted the company and we were given a new room at a new resort. It was a tremendous upgrade. They took very good care of us.

This little condo is a gem! The balcony seating and view is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lunch and a night time cocktail! You have the perfect view!

Amazing view! We’ve been coming to Destin for a few years now and this condo offers the best location, view and amenities yet. The condo is exactly as described. The host responded very quickly with any questions I had. Guess what? We are ready to book another vacation here. Love it!

We were able to check in early and we were treated by the nicest people! It was our honeymoon and they went above and beyond and gave us a gift which was totally unexpected! The resort was so nice and very well kept! Our room was perfect for just the two of us! The weather wasn’t on our side for a majority of the trip but we still had fun! The beach is right off the back of the resort. The hotel pools were heated when we stayed which helped bc the wind was blowing so much! Our room had beach chairs and toys that we could use which was nice bc the hotel chairs you have to pay to use. The bathrooms are very spacious. The beds are firm but comfortable. The pillows are very nice but we did bring our own. The food our couch in the living room is very stiff and uncomfortable to sit on but that is my only complaint. This is also a corner room so with us having that bad wind and rain we really heard it at night. The location is perfect! You’re right by everything!!! All in all we would stay again!

such a beautiful condo with breathtaking views of the beach. The deck is on the west corner so the views include the town and harbor not to mention sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the Winn Dixie grocery store and liquor store is walking distance just across Gulf Drive. We loved our stay here.

This room was amazing, the view was absolutely breath taking. The bunkbeds weren't comfortable but I brought an air mattress and it was still great! They offer a good amount of dishes to suit their guest! I would definitely want stay here again.

No WIFI, holes in blanket, outlet in 2rd bathroom would not work with hair dryer ,old lock on door, plumbing issues, balcony had bird poop, furniture on balcony really in bad shape.I would never stay there again. Look good in the picture beware.

The unit was very clean and the views are incredible . The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard like a rock. The beach was overcrowded due to a restricted beach access area. Our cell phone service was horrible , and the fact that there is no wifi made matters worse. We will not be staying at this resort again only because of the restricted beach.

The view was spectacular, and the unit was clean and cheerful. The master bed mattress was too firm, and neither of us had a comfortable night's sleep (please advertise the mattress is ultra-firm). Also, was told internet was available. It wasn't which was a big disappointment.

We stayed at Pelican Beach 1811 the week of September 13, 2013. Our biggest surprise was that the unit was EXACTLY as advertised! We have stayed at rentals from other companies that do not seem to be quite what the pictures portrays. Cody Sansom was very helpful in the booking process. Our check in/check out was seamless. We will be back, and plan to stay in the same unit if possible.
