Step into the calming oasis of Oceania 506. This beautiful beachfront 3 bedroom/3 bath condo greats you with ocean views as soon as you walk through the front door. The kitchen is located on the right when you walk into the unit. The kitchen is decked out with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You can cook breakfast, lunch or dinner in this fully equipped kitchen and still enjoy the Gulf of Mexico from the dining area that seats 8.
Two guest bedrooms are located to the left of the living room. One guest bedroom offers a King size bed. The second guest room offers a King size bed and a Full set of bunkbeds. The spacious Master bedroom offers a King size bed and Gulfside views from the bed. You can also access the large 5th floor balcony from the Master Bedroom.
The balcony spans the length of the living and dining area and has seating and ceiling fans to enjoy the views at any time. If you didn't already love this unit from the photos and the view, the unit comes with seasonal beach service!

Rate 10/10. Beautiful place.
Clean and property manager got a problem resolved in a few hours. Awesome having one row of umbrellas on the beach, never crowded even though we were there in peak season. Little things like your own covered parking spot make this property so nice.

Great Condo… Great Beach!
I recently stayed at this beach condo and had an amazing experience! We were very impressed by 506. It is updated, clean, and very nice. Not a detail is missed and they provide everything you need. One of the best perks was the beach chair service provided daily. Each morning, a friendly staff member set up our chairs and umbrellas, and took them down in the evening. This convenience meant we didn’t have to lug our gear to and from the beach each day. Additionally, the condo is located on a private beach property, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere without the hassle of others setting up tents or umbrellas nearby. Overall, our experience was top notch and we plan on returning soon!

Family Favorite
We loved staying in this condo for our end of summer celebration. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for having lunches and making dinner some of the nights. Beautiful decor and felt like a home away from home!

Amazing Condo
It was out first time in Destin, also at the Oceania condos. The Condo was amazing we had everything we need like kitchen supplies and games for the kids. definitely booking again the same condo. Hope to be back soon.

We just got back from staying at this property for our son's last Fall Break with 4 of his friends. (they are all Seniors) There were 8 of us total and we had so much room. The bunk room is perfect for kids of all ages. The balcony was large and the condo tastefully decorated. The beach was beautiful and we were so close to everything. We are already talking about renting this condo again. Thanks for allowing us to make great memories here.

Space is much bigger than photos make it out to be. Condo is fully furnished with everything you could need from kitchen supplies to small games for kids. Very clean and will stay here again if ever in the destin area!

Amazing top to bottom! Check in was a breeze, and the young man that checked us in was so great- he really started out visit off on the right foot. The condo was equipped beyond anything we could have expected. The beds were all so comfortable! So well done. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing paradise with us!
