As you enter the condo you will be taken aback by the sweeping view of the Gulf of Mexico that the floor to ceiling southern glass wall provides. The glass wall spans the entire width of the condo, offering staggering views from the Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, and Master Bedroom.

This open floor plan allows you to use the expansive kitchen and Dining Area while also being able to see the Gulf or the Living Room, the Living Room is straight ahead, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are to your right. The Kitchen has all full size appliances and everything need to cook a feast for 8.

The Living Room has access to the balcony, a couch, two plush chairs, and a large TV.

The first Guest Bedrooms has Queen sized bed, a TV, and access to 1 of the 3 bathrooms.

The second Guest Bedroom has a TV, a Queen size bed, and its own private bathroom. This is also a small bunk room featuring Twin sized bunk beds.

Finally, we come to the Master Bedroom Suite, which comes with a King size bed, a lounging chair, a TV and a floor to ceiling glass wall allowing impeccable views of Destin’s sugar white sands and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bedroom Suite’s Bathroom has two vanities, a tub, and shower.

As perfect and spacious as this condo is inside, we still haven’t mentioned the best part of all: the balcony. The massive balcony has retractable shutters, two ceiling fans, and plenty of outdoor seating. From this balcony you are granted a one hundred eighty degree panoramic view of Destin’s beach, Oceania’s pool, and the Gulf of Mexico. You are so close to the water you can taste the salt in the air.
