Dolphin Point is undergoing a large scale renovation project that is starting in the "C" building. You may hear noise from concrete grinding, dust is expected as well due to the grinding, and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay. Balcony access may be limited or inaccessible during this time.

The condo has a large balcony and offers multiple views of the beautiful Destin Harbor. This condo has a washer and dryer. Dolphin Point has a strict occupancy and 2 car parking limit. No oversized vehicles or trailers are allowed. The complex is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.
