Condo is For Sale. Conveniently located unit on the second floor at Dolphin Point, unit 202A is close to the tennis courts, and just a short walk (7-10 minutes) to the beach.

This beautifully decorated unit has everything you need to make your vacation a comfortable one. Fully furnished kitchen with pots, pans, baking dishes and silverware. A comfortable dining/living room area with a balcony that looks out over the beautiful grounds of Dolphin Point.

The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a Twin bed, and a Flat Screen TV. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and a flat screen TV. The Master bathroom has a combination tub/shower. This unit can accommodate 6 without anyone having to sleep on a Sofa Sleeper. 

Complex amenities include grills, tennis courts, and pool. No trailer or RV parking. Two car maximum.

We enjoyed our stay.
Room for all 6 of us to sleep and enjoyed living in Destin for a week. Nice beach access not far from condo. Nice tennis courts to play on and swimming pool was a good size. Not far from target and walmart and All the shops and food places. Great place to be. We would definitely come back.

We always love staying at Dolphin Point because our friends have a condo there!
It’s fun to stay at the different units with the different views. Thank you for sharing your great condo with us. We especially love the heated pool this time because the beach was pretty windy and cold for spring break.

Very quiet and beautiful area
. The beach was beautiful and good walking distance. This location is right in the middle of everything, great restaurants, water parks, an small amusement park called The Track. The Harbor boardwalk is down the street along with Crab Island as well. Stayed for 4 days and only had to gas up when it was time to head back home. Definitely will stay again!

We had the greatest time at this condo!
We had the greatest time at this condo! We had dinner every night on the deck overlooking the bay at sunset. It’s a five minute walk to the beach which was perfect for our kids. The condo is large and so comfortable… plenty of room for the entire family. We will definitely be back!!
