Dolphin Point is undergoing a large scale renovation project that is starting in the "C" building. You may hear noise and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay.

Dolphin Point 105B, a sunny ground floor rare gem on Holiday Isle at Dolphin Point.

*Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website. This must be paid in order to park onsite and not be towed. 2 car maximum. *

This unit is gorgeous inside and out, boasting waterfront Harbor views and stunning décor inside. This two-bedroom retreat is just steps from the water taxi stop with service throughout Destin Harbor and offers an ideal vantage point for fireworks viewing at Harborwalk Village. Guests will also enjoy access to a host of on-site amenities, including a sundeck, private beach access, tennis courts, and an outdoor pool.

Bright and modern, this updated condo comes fully equipped for family-friendly comfort. The full kitchen features all-new counters, backsplash, and a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and wine fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dishware you will need so you don't have to worry about forgetting anything at home.
There's seating for two at the breakfast bar and the dining table can accommodate six. Enjoy breezy afternoon cocktails on the patio or kick back in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV.

The guest bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. The guest bathroom features a spacious vanity and combination tub/shower. The master bedrooms offers a King sized bed and the attached bath features a combination tub/shower.

This unit can comfortably sleep 6 due to the Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Extra perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a short 2 block walk away from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The complex was well kept, and quiet. The host was even polite enough to let me know they had construction going on around the complex (the most we heard was machines turning on). The pool was an easy walk from the condo, and had nice clean bathrooms. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad, just hot! We enjoyed our view of the harbor and enjoyed sitting out there watching boats pass. Host was super responsive and easy to work with! Definitely a 10/10! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Holiday isle’s. They were so responsive, accommodating and welcoming. The condo we booked was absolutely beautiful. It was a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ocean front condo. Beach was walking distance from our room. Everything was tidy and clean. I would definitely book again.

This stay was perfect.! So close to everything. Was able to see the Thursday and Monday night fireworks show from the dock so pretty.! Perfect location and very quiet. Would definitely book again the next time I’m in Destin. The private beach is so convenient, so clean and at walking distance which was a plus. We enjoyed our stay overall. Has washer and dryer inside of unit which was so convenient after the beach.

Amazing location and amazing place! On the first floor so close to the grills and public sitting area. I came with three girlfriends for a girls beach weekend and it was the perfect size and spot. So close to grocery stores, the beach, and an easy drive to Seaside/Alys beach. Would 10000000% stay here again!

Location was beautiful on the harbor. Private beach access, nice pool, and comfortable beds. We even took a water taxi to town. A great place to stay, but there are a couple of things that made it 4 stars instead of 5.
-We checked in very late and had to locate a lock box at the main office. It was a little stressful because it’s dark and it’s in a strip mall and the lock is a little confusing…etc. they did have a 24 hour number I was able to call, so that was helpful.
-The listing is very clear on this but it is weird- this is not a well-stocked place. 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, no paper towels, no salt or pepper. There’s nothing. If you plan to have a hot dog, you have to bring everything. No beach towels, one sliver of soap, no shampoo. You really have to bring everything. They do have bath towels and washcloths. -They give you parking passes, but didn’t send any reminders about returning them. So that was a hassle.
I would reccomend this place as long as you pack accordingly.

Host very responsive. During office hours, text messages were fast. Clean, quiet and serene condo.
Kitchen modern; almost like a gourmet kitchen. Just have to buy own grocery, which is easy with Publix, Target, and Walmart nearby. We didn't use it much as we ate out during our stay.
Beautiful walking distance private beach. Location near lots of entertainment/activities. We even played 18-hole golf at Emerald Bay course, over looking the ocean.

Absolutely beautiful condo in a perfect location! The view of the marina was incredible and a picturesque, leisurely walk to the beach. Nice pool, great pickleball court, and an all-round fun community. can't wait to return. close to restaurants and attractions.

The condo was perfect for the 2 adults and 3 children. It was clean right on the water(harbor) we loved that. We prefer the harbor view so it was perfect. It’s an older facility so we understand there are a few disadvantages like not continuous hot water which we are used too. All in all it was great!

This condo was beautiful with a great view of the bay right off the back patio. Location was amazing. Close to so many restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. Had everything we needed and for a group of 4 women, it was much more comfortable than renting a hotel room. We enjoyed the pool and beach access. The communication was very proactive and easy to follow. Would highly recommend this condo for a visit to the Destin area!
