We are 50 & 55 years old. I have metal in my cervical spine & my husband has had double knee replacement. We traveled in July with our grown college age girls & their boyfriends. It was very hot but the walk had a paved sidewalk & was less than half a mile. It was an easy, safe walk. Bc we were traveling with a 19 & 20 year olds, there was lots of stuff to haul to beach. We brought a wagon & it was super easy. I’m a convert to rentals on the bay side. The walk was easy, which made it good value for the money. It’s a quieter complex, which we loved. We saw people with younger children & it was good setup for people with little children. Probably not the rental for party animals bc it would be noticed. There was access to a washer & dryer but you had to download an app to navigate that. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. I made a nacho bar one night & used all 4 burners & there were plenty of pots & pans. Beds & bedding were good. Bathrooms were nice.

I went with a group of friends from work. The condo was great. It was clean and the kitchen had all the essentials. I loved that it was on the ground floor. It was very easy getting things to and from the car. Beautiful sunset over the water from the little deck. The beach is a short walk. It's not the best swimming beach but beautiful. We Ubered from the condo to the Boardwalk. It is inexpensive and worth it.

Estuve con mi esposa e hijos, la pasamos Genial, muy limpio, la zona muy bonita, los atardeceres desde el muelle se veian espectacular, la caminata hacia la playa muy bonita y la playa privada lo mejor, volveria muchas veces a Destiin, nos gusto mucho la experiencia.

The space was very comfortable for our group, and we appreciated the great communication from the hosting company. The beds were cozy, and the living areas were spacious, which made for a relaxing retreat after our daily adventures. That said, a few updates could elevate the experience even further. The bathrooms could benefit from a refresh, particularly with new grout or caulking to give them a cleaner, more modern feel. Updating the lighting fixtures and furniture would also enhance the overall comfort and aesthetic of the space. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo for its comfort and excellent location.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by this rental. We expected it to be nice but it was roomier than expected and the views were also better than expected! The outside seating by the water was a huge plus and the beach was just a short walk plus not crowded! We had the most relaxing time!

Location was amazing. Close to so many restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. Had everything we needed and for a group of 4 women, it was much more comfortable than renting a hotel room. We enjoyed the pool and beach access. The communication was very proactive and easy to follow. Would highly recommend this condo for a visit to the Destin area!

We loved our stay. This space was perfect for us. Clean. Beautiful. Our back patio went right out to water which we spent a lot of time at. In the morning and evening relaxing watching the fish. Definitely would stay here again.

If anyone planning a short/long vacation, this place is a to go spend your days. Check in is convenient, all you need is available to make you feel like you never left your kitchen. Very quiet, very friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to the cleanest beach will blow your mind. The pool is great. I can write pages about my experience, in summary worth the price.

Great place at a great value. It might be helpful to have a beach cart since you have a little walk to the beach. The water taxi is great. Highly recommend!

Can't wait to return! This location was awesome, just a short walk to the beach (less that 5 min), and a pier with tables and grills right out the back door. The condo its self was amazing , the kitchen was fully equip with everything and very accommodating. Also very clean and plenty of room. Me and my family felt right at home.

The condo and location were absolutely perfect. We fished and kayaked in the harbor, and the beach fun was just blocks away. The condo was exactly as described and being in the ground floor was ideal. Laundry just a few steps away. Can't wait for our next Destin vacation!
