Beach House 303B

This condo was very clean, updated nicely (but not beachy). Had the right amount of what we needed, tastefully presented. Only problem was the beds. Another review mentioned the guest beds, the cardboard holding up the mattress had fallen down and those beds tolerable. I know everyone likes different mattresses but the previous 10 x we stayed at this property the mattresses were always luxuriously comfortable. This condos master bed was so hard, I could only sleep on by doubling up all the bedding as padding and laying ontop of. I looked at mattress and saw 2 ? mattress pads already so they weren’t helping. Need new mattresses before we would stay in this unit again. Also as another review mentioned, the exhaust fan was not working properly and even was hanging down from the ceiling. Overall we love this property and are repeat stayers. Mattresses in this unit need replacing and fan fixed and unit would be 5 stars

The Beach House is in a great location and close to the water. The beach wasn’t as crowded as some of the nearby condos, as this place has a lower number of rooms for the amount of beachfront it occupies. The room was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only negative I would say is the a/c vent in the master bathroom didn’t seem to blow air. So we were reluctant to shower in this bathroom. But otherwise, everything was great and we would stay there again!

This was our third time staying at the Beach House, but our first time in condo 303B. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The condo was in good condition, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. During our stay, we encountered an issue with the sliding deck door — the track had deteriorated from saltwater exposure, sand and weather, making it nearly impossible to open. We contacted Holiday Isle Properties in the morning, and they promptly sent a repairman the same day to replace the track. Their quick response and professionalism were greatly appreciated. If we return to the Beach House next year, I would gladly recommend this condo and Holiday Isle Properties. The weather and ocean was perfect during our stay, which made the trip even more enjoyable.

The BEST view from the balcony of the beach and Gulf. Just stunning. Watching dolphins every morning.
Comfortable beds. Fully kitted out kitchen. Great shower and super hot water.
Such a special thing leaving a gift bad of goodies for our 6 year old daughter. Made it so special for her.
We had the best 3 days. We would love to come back. Didn’t want to leave.
Everything walking distance - shopping, grocery store, pharmacy and great restaurants.

This was our first time staying here and I must say we will definitely be back. Great location. Very peaceful stay. Not too crowded and an added bonus having 2 chairs and an umbrella with our stay. They were in communication with us during our stay and we even got to check in early.

This place is just what’s it is, paradise. Host is nice and comunicative, the facility it self is well located and maintained, very nice view ! People are respectful and clean at the common areas like the pool which the water is nice and clean , shower head pressure is great too, full kitchen if you want to catch a fish at the beach and cook it for dinner . Place is definitely one of a kind will save and stay again !

We had the perfect girlfriend get-away at this property. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was such a quick and easy walk to the beach. Fabulous! The condo was very clean and the couple of minor issues we experienced during our stay were handled promptly and efficiently. Excellent communication with the property management staff who were very friendly. We enjoyed having the beach set up every day and were able to walk to grocery store and restaurants fairly easily. Calling an Uber was quick and easy as well, if waking isn't your jam. We liked that this property was on the smaller side and less busy. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice. Not a lot of fancy "extras" at this property, but that was fine with us. The condo itself was very comfortable for our group of 4 and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a couple of meals. One of the guest room beds was a bit uncomfortable for an adult, but maybe would be fine for a child. Because of that, that guest slept on the couch instead, which was very comfortable. We would choose to stay at this property again in the future and were very happy we chose it for our girls get-away. :) Ps. The time of year was perfect as far as weather as well.

The condo was amazing - clean, convenient and well appointed. Being oceanfront, we had many wonderful evenings on the balcony looking at the Gulf. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was the perfect fit for my family of 5. The beach was beautiful and we loved the view from the balcony. We will definitely be coming back for another family vacation.

Me and my kids came from ga. My kids had never been to the beach and the listing was everything it said it would be my kids love the experience and it made it easy for us to stay to the beach for a long time because it was literally right there. The condo was very nice and clean and kid friendly the host communicated very quickly and very helpful my kids did not want to leave they asked to stay forever I will definitely be booking again
