Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay, just steps to the beach and the amenities are fabulous. Great communication with the staff both with the property and the onsite staff. Highly recommend and we will defiantly be back.

Had a great time even though we do not live far from Destin it’s still a vacation. Very quite beautiful view comfortable beds and great location.

Answer:

We do offer a full refund within 48 hours of booking, if you cancel, we will issue a 100% refund. If you cancel within 90 days of arrival you will forfeit your 30% payment. If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival you forfeit all payments made unless the condo/home is rebooked for the same price and dates. We offer travel insurance through Play Travel Protection. ADVANCE RENT PAYMENTS or FINAL PAYMENTS are refundable in the event of cancellation through Play Travel Protection. Changing reservation dates will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be given unless the unit is rebooked for your dates. The processing fee is not refundable in the event of a cancellation after 48 hours of booking. 

I have a total of 8,. 3 kids are under the age of 2. Can I still book this property?

No, the condo will only allow 6 occupants including children under 2.
