We do offer a full refund within 48 hours of booking, if you cancel, we will issue a 100% refund. If you cancel within 90 days of arrival you will forfeit your 30% payment. If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival you forfeit all payments made unless the condo/home is rebooked for the same price and dates. We offer travel insurance through Play Travel Protection. ADVANCE RENT PAYMENTS or FINAL PAYMENTS are refundable in the event of cancellation through Play Travel Protection. Changing reservation dates will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be given unless the unit is rebooked for your dates. The processing fee is not refundable in the event of a cancellation after 48 hours of booking.
