Let’s tour Southbay by the Gulf 61!

This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo is well appointed with everything you need to make your vacation a spectacular one!

The second floor has a fully furnished kitchen, a living room / dining room combination, a half bathroom, washer/dryer and a spacious balcony. The unit has new furniture and rugs to ensure your vacation is relaxing. The open living room features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open the balcony. The oversized balcony overlooks the lake in Southbay that offers relaxing views of ducks and turtles. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sized appliances as well as cookware and utensils needed to cook up a meal for the family. The dining area adjacent to the living room features a table with seating for 6.

The first floor has a master bedroom with a King size bed, master bathroom, the guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds. one has a queen bed and a guest bathroom.

This unit is within walking distance to all the amenities of South Bay including the beautiful white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Complex amenities include a 5-acre stocked fishing lake, two pools (one heated in winter) and a children’s pool, two tennis courts and a 300’ private beach frontage.

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was amazing. The upper balcony and lower level covered porch with the lake view was so serene in the mornings and evenings. Turtles and ducks greeted us whenever we were outside!The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to texts. Towels were plentiful, beds and bedding were so comfortable, and there was plenty of room in every cabinet and closet to put all of our things. We also loved having the living/dining/kitchen upstairs separate from the bedrooms. We didn’t visit the tennis courts or the pool, but noticed others enjoying them. Both areas were in excellent condition with very nice, well maintained landscaping. The complex was very quiet and we loved the fact it had a “tucked away” feel. Beach access was a short couple minute walk and the young gentlemen setting up our beach chairs each day were very friendly and never hesitated to help us with our very heavy beach cart! We were at the beach from 4-5 hours each day and the crystal clear water was simply stunning. The sand was also pristine and my husband and I noted how our beach neighbors and the staff helped keep the beach area so clean, we rarely even saw a piece of trash anywhere. The value for the money for this property is excellent. We loved our stay and we will be back!

Everything was easy to check in There was everything we need at the house , plenty of of pool toys The only thing that we didn’t like was if you brought your own chairs your not allowed to set along the water in front of the chairs you have to rent You are pretty much forced to rent chairs if you want to set on /in water 48 per day for 2 chairs Everything else was fabulous The walk to beach only took 3 to 5 mins from our place

We absolutely loved the location!! Perfect walk to the beach! My little girl LOVED the turtles swimming! I left a very sentimental item and contacted them within a day it was mailed to me! Very nice and easy communication! We will definitely book with them again! 10/10 recommendations!

This was such a cozy and spacious condo! The view of the canal off the deck was so peaceful. We spent a lot of time out there. Quick walk to the beach and very close to all the restaurants and shopping. It’s the perfect location. We will be back! Thank you!

Had a wonderful fall break at this beautiful property 10/10. Host was very responsive and kind, the view was breathtaking, walking distance to a private beach with beach service. You get 2 chairs and umbrella for free but can purchase additional chairs and umbrellas if needed. We were amazed how close it was to everything! I mean EVERYTHING, excursion, restaurants, attractions, shopping etc. We hardly drove more than 10 min from the location. This was the most relaxing vacation. Thank you for making our family vacation special. If felt like being home away from home.

Couldn’t recommend this stay more. 12/10 customer service. Someone in our group locked us out without realizing the lock code was on my phone inside, and we were able to get ahold of the host within minutes for the code. Very responsive. Comfortable stay, and a very short walk to a beautiful part of the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place

The condo was nice and in a nice spot overlooking the pond. Not too far to the pool or beach. Also, was surprised to find out that our condo came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella that is already set up on the beach!

Best Stay in Destin

We try to take a trip every year and this property was by far the best. It is so close to the beach and the balcony and porch area facing the lake is AMAZING! Every day you can wake up and watch ducks and turtles and pelicans outside. Easy check in process and we were checked in on. Would definitely recommend!
