Parking was very close to the elevator and our unit, which made everything super convenient. The pool and beach were both just a short walk away. Great location, very convenient, and definitely one of the best places to stay in Destin! We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

This condo was amazing, it’s very clean, beautifully decorated, on the 2nd floor (1st floor is down one level where you walk out to the pool and beach) so you walk right to condo with no elevators, right near the front lobby! Great for handicapped accessibility. It’s has 3bathrooms, three ocean view rooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms) and they are all big with closets and patio access. The windows are floor to ceiling and ceilings are high! The place is sound proof it’s like a fortress you can not hear the any of the activities at the pool outside. The pool is large with lots of seating around and a tiki bar with drinks and food are available and they offer beach delivery! There’s beach chair service available for a price as well! Now let’s talk about the view OMG!!! Can’t be beat, gorgeous we even saw dolphins! We were able to accommodate 5adults and 4kids comfortably, large dining table and barstools and everyone raves about the giant TVs in each room, movie nights were great! This condo is located in the middle of so many restaurants and activities, and DoorDash delivered quickly as well!We only had issues with internet connectivity because it’s such a fortress, and you do have to bring beach towels,

After going by the office to get our keys and bracelets for the property we headed over to the building and found a great parking situation. When we walked in the lobby on the same floor as our parking we were greated with a georgeous veiw of the emerald water the pool and beach. The Condo was perfect for our family and very well appointed. They had great appliences tons of comfortable seating and great views of the gulf from every room. All the bedrooms had hugh Tv's and super comfy beds. Having the washer/dryer was a hugh help with all the beachy activities. We were able to order food and groceries for our stay (just have to meet them outside the lobby) You dont have to deal with the elevators since parking is on the same level which is a hugh bonus. Big balconies to enjoy the view and just look over the pool/gulf. The unit had great water pressure and multiple showers. The complex had a great cajun shrimp boil one night that we truly enjoyed. We did a great fishing charter with Into The Blue and a Tiki Boat Tour to Crab Island that were both super fun. We had another family of 4 join us for beach days and a few meals at the condo and we had plenty of room and seats at the large dinning room table. The unit is close to a ton to do and we were within 10-15 minutes of most of the things we did. If we come back to the area in the future we will 100% be planning on booking this unit again we honestly can't imagine it being any better for our family. Just Book it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was immaculate and seemed newly updated.

There was plenty of storage space for all of our things and the furnishings were beautiful. The beach access was so easy and the resort is within easy distance of everything. Also, the water pressure in the shower was top tier. All of the outer doors require a key fob to enter, as well as the beach access, so we felt safe and secure during our stay. We also loved the fact that every bedroom had beach front balcony access. Honestly I can't say enough good things about the condo, and the staff at Holiday Isle was super responsive with any questions that we had. Sorry to ramble on, but we are hard people to impress, so I love being able to leave such a positive review! When we return to Destin, we will definitely be booking here!

Beautiful, just as described! When you first walk into the building, panoramic windows offer a beautiful view of the beach. The condo is located on the same floor on the right, which makes it very convenient and easy to access. It seems it was recently renovated, furniture and appliances are new. Very clean, beautifully decorated. The view was beautiful, and we enjoyed coffee while watching dolphins from the balcony. Poolside, they offer drinks and food for purchase until 3 PM, which was nice to have. They offer rentals such as paddleboards and kayaks, conveniently located once you walk onto the beach. This area was very family-friendly and quiet. Walking distance to shops and across from the Donut Parlor, which has the most delicious donuts. Overall, this place far exceeded our expectations and our family had a very relaxing week.

Overall great condo, overlooking pool in one of the best buildings in Destin.
Condo looks as if it was recently renovated - new furniture and appliances. Has everything you need for a great family vacation. Kitchen well stocked for stovetop cooking - could use a couple of oven dishes (most aren’t baking on vacay but if you want to warm something in the oven could be inconvenient).
Bring a travel router, the building WiFi is open (no security), fast enough for streaming and gaming.
Location - right in the middle of Destin, walkable to many nearby restaurants and stores.
Management / cust svc is VERY responsive, fast and very friendly.
The building is well run and staff are onsite. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs. Only downside is no fitness room. Staff are strict about making teens keep music at a tolerable level, as well as enforcing quiet hours at the pool after 10. You won’t have a problem w/ unruly crowds here. Same for the beach, managed by same staff. Very family friendly place.
