Description

Shoreline Towers will be undergoing a complex wide waterproofing project beginning September 14th until April 23rd. This work will impact certain buildings at a time but there will be scaffolding, construction workers, and construction materials onsite during this time frame. Due to the scope of the project loud noise may be possible as well as dust. Currently, this project is not projected to impact any beach access.

When you enter 2074 you're immediately immersed in a care free state of mind. This condo is the perfect place to stay during your family's beach vacation. This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo can sleep 6 comfortably. When you enter the condo the large spacious kitchen is on your right. The large kitchen and island is perfect to prepare all your family meals and the open layout allows you to still see the living room and balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans, all you'll need to bring our your groceries. The large guest bedroom features 2 queen beds and a TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the adjoining master bathroom is a full bath with a walk-in shower. Don't forget the Master Bedroom also has partial views of the Gulf and you can access the balcony from the bedroom as well. This condo also offers free wireless internet. The condo was clean. This place had a great view! The host was very quick to respond & did a great job checking in throughout the stay. The location of the pool was a little less than ideal, buy overall is was a great place to stay!

Very nice and clean place to stay! Beautiful ocean view and very short walk to the beach. The room was very clean and plenty of space for our 2 boys. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking! The host was also very responsive with any questions I had prior to and during the stay!

Perfect location, great views. Only issue was the very long check-in process getting through the security gate. Line was very backed up, and only 1 guard checking people in. But the stay was awesome!

Love this condo!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo for our family beach vacation.The size of the shore line towers condos are larger than others that we have stayed in. It’s directly on the beach, clean, plenty of space for 6 & just as listed.Also, we walked to the coffee shop every morning.Winn Dixie & target are near by. It’s right in the middle of everything.We will definitely book this condo again’

What a pleasant stay. Everything was as described. Clean, spacious, magnificent view to the Beach. The only recommendations I have are: to change the beds, specially the master bedroom one. Also the main door lock has a huge play and is not safe. Please fix that.

Airbnb is what appears in the photos. Short and easy walk to the beach. Fantastic views of the gulf. Short 15 minute walk to a couple of restaurants around the area. This particular room does not have chairs assigned to it at the beach, so you will either have to rent the chairs or bring your own down. There is not a lot of space between condos so finding a spot in front of the gulf is hard to do unless you do not mind to sit close to or in front of others at the beach. The chair workers hawk eye you walking down the beach so you cannot set up in front of another condo even though it’s open. So basically you have to rent chairs or an umbrella to sit right in front of the water. The grilling area was not kept up with. A hornet nest was found inside one of the grill lids along with spider webs. There were no clothes hangers in either closet. Something else to note, no tents or tarps are allowed on the beach. Overall had a fantastic stay!

It was a great experience. I am a 53 year old woman and have never stayed in a condo on the beach. The unit was very clean and the people who worked for the establishment were very nice. I recommend anyone to stay here. Implant in booking again for next year

My friends and I was on a girls trip for Spring Break. This condo had everything we needed, and very roomy. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony. We sat and watched the dolphins one morning. I loved going to bed with the patio door opened listening to the waves. The only thing we couldn’t find was a iron and ironing board. We called Holiday Isle and they had housekeeping to bring a new iron right over. They were plenty of towels in the unit. Can’t wait to rent this unit again with my family.

Beautiful View!

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo on the 7th floor of Shoreline Towers building #2. The view each morning was incredible, both from the balcony and from the master bedroom. Saw dolphins off our balcony one afternoon. Right on the beach, so we could hear the waves from inside. Our 14 and 15 year old boys loved the clean, heated outdoor pool and basketball hoop. The tennis courts and fitness center looked good, but didn't get a chance to try those. Had a lovely time grilling burgers on the gas grill adjacent to the pool. Enjoyed the free movie checkout service. The beds were very comfortable, and the beautiful, remodeled kitchen had every convenience. Really appreciated having the washer and drier right off the kitchen. The staff at Holiday Isle Properties was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't experience any issues. Would definitely recommend this unit!
