SeaCrest Condominium is located on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with its emerald green water and breathtaking sunsets. It is situated on the quiet end of Okaloosa Island, overlooks Emerald Walk Park, and has boardwalk access to the beach. It is conveniently located to water sports of all kinds, fishing, golf, fine restaurants, great shopping and many other local attractions for all ages with varied interests.

These units have angled views of the Gulf of Mexico which increase on the higher floors. The property has many amenities, to include a large outdoor pool, indoor swimming pool, family BBQ with picnic area, and fitness room.

The staff were very friendly, the condo was exactly what we expected, and the grounds were well maintained. My only complaint was the east elevator was out of service for most of our stay.

Holiday Isle was perfect for our family. The top floor means no stomps from the condos above. It looked exactly like the photos. The wall to the black is short and easy to pull a wagon or carry what you need for all ages.

The condo is in the perfect locaton. Right on the beach with beach views, and not crowded with too many people.

Cute, clean, quiet

This unit was clean & quiet, beds were super comfortable. It is a small complex, so you don’t have to deal with crowds. There was a bar & grill next door with live music at night. (You could not hear the music inside the condo, so no worries about sound) nice little place, especially for the price point. Easy access to beach & the beach wasn’t over crowded in this area. My only suggestion would be an upgrade to the pots & pans.

This place is beautiful! Directly connected to the beach with amazing views. Very clean and comfortable with a lot of activities and local restaurants just a few minutes away

The room was very nice, lots of space and clean. we had everything we needed. My only recommendations would be to bring extra toilet paper, dish detergent, and trash bags. very good experience.

The stay at this place was amazing! This place is at the great location, very clean, we found everything what we need at this condo.
The company response was really quick and very professional!
We loved everything about our vacation and will be back for sure, working only with this company!

We LOVED this condo and would definitely stay again. It was exactly as the post represented and a bit better than we expected.
The balcony view and breeze were great. Sunsets were just gorgeous!
It was so spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were extra blankets and pillows so we were extra comfy.
Note, whoever sleeps in the living room will get all the morning light streaming in from the kitchen even with the blinds shut. Luckily, my teen can sleep through anything and they weren't bothered.
I was amazed how quiet the condo was. We never heard the neighbors or any other street noises. I think it helped that we were near the end of the island.
Note, the only noise I ever heard was when people were rolling their carts past our door.
We were near the end of the building away from the elevators so I think that also helped with sound control.
The shower pressure was great and even with teens and a husband with an achy back who takes the longest showers, we never ran out of hot water. I'm alway the last to shower and was so glad I had hot water each time, especially after long beach days.
My kids (preteens) loved the pool esp at night. I didn't swim but the pool looked very clean and had plenty of seating for parents to relax and monitor kids.
The walk to the beach was much shorter than I expected. Bonus for my arthritic knees!
Bring flashlights or headlamps. We had a blast hunting for crabs at night.
Parking was always available no matter the time of day or night we arrived.
There were carts available whenever we had to load or unload. This was great since I didn't have to count on my kiddos to meet me after a grocery run.
There was an ice machine in the garage. It was slightly pricier than some of the stores - maybe $1 more a bag? But it was super convenient and one less stop when we were in a time crunch.
Wifi was excellent even with 5 different devices connected and streaming various movies or games.
On multiple occasions, we left our sandy shoes and gear right outside the front door. And it was always there the next day.
My only wish was that the kitchen had a pizza pan and a colander. Other than that, it was extremely well stocked.
The only con about the building (not the condo / room itself) was that one of the elevators didn't seem safe. There was a wooden board for a floor that would give slightly each time we stepped in. So we avoided that one. But even then... wait times for the other single elevator were not bad.
Also, not sure if it was the time of year or just the curve of the shore but we were super bummed when we went to the beach during our 4 day stay. The water was full of seaweed or plant debris which made the water murky and almost black.
Luckily we made the short 10-15m drive to Destin and were able to enjoy the pristine clear blue green waters we had envisioned. Please be aware, traffic back to Fort Walton from Destin was always a bummer. No matter the time of day our return time was always double to triple.
