Our family had an incredible stay in Destin! The condo was spotless and incredibly comfortable. We were so grateful for the full-sized fridge with an icemaker and the washer and dryer, which made our trip so much easier. The location, however, was the best feature. The condo is easily accessible from the main road, and we especially loved the short walk to the beautiful private beach. The included beach chairs were a fantastic bonus! We'd absolutely choose this place again on our next trip to Destin.

Such a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Such a short walk to the beach, which we LOVED and took advantage of daily! Communication was top notch with the host, very friendly and super fast response! Thank you for such a great stay.

Nice pool area with hot tubs very close to unit and a small view of the ocean from the balcony.
Short walk to beach as well so the best of both worlds.

We loved our getaway weekend. We have stayed on Holiday vIsle before and love that it is off the busy highway byba block. Sandpiper Cove is a quite little community with condos in a row of 4 or so, rather than a highrise. This little one bedroom was perfect for us. it was close to the beach access and also close to the pool
We couldn't have asked for a better location. Nicole with Holiday Isle was wondering if to work with. For a small fee we were able to check in early when we arrived earlier than we had anticipated. It really allowed us to enjoy the day and get done what we needed to do with an important work call. We had one issue with the washing machine and within 15 minutes, a maintenance guy was there fixing the problem. Talk about service! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Nicole and Holiday Isle.

It was a great place to vacation!
Everything about this place is exactly as described in the description. The place was clean and worth the price. It was very easy to check in. We loved our stay! The place was just as described and looked exactly like the photos! Everyone was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a flat tire the first night and the sandpiper cove security guards really helped us out! We also couldn’t figure out the internet and got a very quick response and had it working within 5 mins! :)

A great location within the condo community- just a 2-3 minute walk to the private beach and an even shorter walk to one of the 5 pools. The community is under 24/7 security with a manned booth at the entrance. The condo was exceptionally clean and had plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets. Check in was super easy- we received a text the morning of check in that provided instructions for keyless entry- we were allowed to check in a few hours early! Communication with the host was great. We had a minor issue with the patio door and they sent maintenance over within the hour. I highly recommend booking. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent!! Having the beach a few steps away and limited to the nearby condos makes it all quiet !! By staying in this place they give you the right to chairs and umbrellas on the shore of the beach and that is really second to none.: I will return to this place without hesitation ../

This place exceeded our expectations! The condo was across the street from the beach and all other leisure activities in the area were within 1-2 miles. The house was very clean and the kitchen had so many utensils was perfect for prepping and cooking food. I would highly recommend this place! Whenever I return back to Destin I will definitely try to rebook. 10/10 for the host and their space!

El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado !! La ubicación es excelente!! El tener la playa a pocos pasos y limitada a los condominios cercanos hace que esté todo tranquilo !! Por alojarte en este lugar te dan derecho a sillas y sombrillas en la orilla de la playa y eso es insuperable realmente.: volveré a este lugar sin dudarlo ../

From the start communication was excellent, always prompt, attentive, and respectful, gave us all the support needed to book with confidence, to get there, check in smoothly and to make our stay with recommendations and tips. Place has a fully equipped kitchen and brand new fridge! Clean and good washer and dryer also help when at the beach. Bedroom and bed super comfortable. Bathroom is indeed small but definitely not a problem and everything worked great! My only observation would be the fact I did not notice by the pics that the bunked bed was right in front of the bathroom, still in the vanity area… we didn’t like that at all. Location is perfect and the community too! Walking to the beach and the chair service available A+.

The only bad thing about our stay was the weather. The location is great and the beach is literally across the street. It was perfect for us. Our fur baby enjoyed his stay as well.

Great spot for a quick beach getaway. Very short walk to the beach. Beds are comfortable, and bed linens are particularly soft. Communication was excellent. Would stay there again.

The condo itself is exactly as pictured — cute, surprisingly spacious, and very clean. It was perfect for our family of two adults and two elementary school aged kids. While we didn’t use the bunk beds due to the lack of guardrails, both the king sized bed in the master and the sofa bed were comfortable. We had a minor issue with a slow drain and too warm AC, but Holiday Isle Properties addressed both immediately. Very impressed with their customer service. This unit is truly a short walk to the private beach and largest on-site pool — even by 6 year old standards. Louisiana Lagniappe, one of the best restaurants in Destin and a stop on the Destin water taxi, is also a reasonable walk away. Sandpiper Cove is centrally located and a wonderful, family-friendly community. We’re already planning a trip back and would happily stay in #9206 again.

Great spot and location. Very nice little 1 bedroom, and we easily slept 6. Nice pool area. Beach is literally a walk across the street, or condo is very close drive to other beaches.

This unit and location was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. So spacious and clean. The heated pool was perfect for the weather and the walk across the street to the beach was so nice. We will definitely return here on our next vacation to destin!

Amazing location with private beach access! We loved our stay here and had plenty of room for our family. Very easy to communicate with the host via Airbnb messaging and over the phone; hassle-free check-in process! Extremely comfortable king bed in master bedroom!

This was our very first vacation to Destin, FL. We stayed in 9206 and it was great. The condo was fully stocked and clean. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was a bonus. We loved that it was a gated community. We are very excited to stay here again next year!
