This unit faces towards the pool and hot tubs - very convenient. Nice grassy area in off of the patio for the kids to play. The beachwalk area of Sandpiper Cove is located at the front of the complex which allows you to walk to the beach in just a few short minutes. Beachwalk units are close to the largest pool, hot tub area, and putting greens at Sandpiper Cove. Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, a restaurant, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee. This unit comes with two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella during peak season.

The place was great and host was too! They were very open and responsive! The place was very put together and close to the beach! It was a short walk maybe 2 minutes! I would definitely stay again! Loved the location!

Enjoyed our last minute trip booking! Host is easy to talk to and responded timely. We arrived several hours early and were able to enjoy the private beach until check in time. The pool was amazing our kids loved it and it was only about a 2 minute walk away!

Excellent place to stay. Heated pool right out the back door and just a short walk to the private beach access. The provided beach chairs that were setup by the resort were an added bonus. We had an awesome time.

The stay was perfect. The condo was beautiful and clean. Everything was as described. We were right across the street from the beach, but they do have beach units too. Easy access with privacy codes and such. My only complaint is that there was zero hand soap, zero seasoning, including salt and pepper, and no paper towels. It is kind of frustrating because I don't think people think they need to bring basic stuff like that. It's not fun to have to buy entire bottles of oil and seasoning just to cook a few meals at an Airbnb. I just think that kind of stuff should be provided. Other than that, the stay was great. Plenty of towels, not beach towels but shower ones. There were no board games so if you have kids I would bring some. There was nothing pool or beach related (as far as sand castle building or beaching) but there are chairs reserved for the residents. The beach is completely private (for you and other residents) so no public access. I totally recommend the place!

Our Holiday Isle stay was fantastic. Very convenient to everything. Hey made accommodations for a elderly handicapped person in our group by making sure we were close to pool and on ground level. The condo was clean and spacious. Will definitely be staying again.

The location of this condo is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, the larger of the 5 pools on the property, having a five star restaurant 20’ out your front door, and the pick up for the Water Taxi to take you to the Boardwalk! Our family of 6 had a great week at this condo and we will definitely be renting again in the future.

June 2017 Stay

Sandpiper Cove is one of the best deals in Destin. Right on the beach. Nice pool too. The units are not brand new, but are pretty well maintained and the staff is responsive to anything you need. WinnDixie and Walgreens are right there! The beach umbrella dudes are kind of domineering and crowd the umbrellas so no one else can get to the sand; so it was nice that this unit came with a beach chair set up!

We enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located close to the pool. It was very clean and we love the open concept. We always recommend sandpiper cove to our friends and family. We are planning a trip here for fall break.
