We loved our stay at this condo and Sandpiper! It was easy to walk to the beach and the pool as well as catch the water taxi at the restaurant! Our girls loved the bunk beds and our little doggy had an easy access outside.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Sandpiper Cove! It had everything we needed—clean, cozy, and fully stocked for a comfortable beach getaway.
What really stood out was the AMAZING customer service—so helpful, kind, and quick to respond! It truly made the experience feel extra special. Plus, it was pet-friendly, which meant our pup got to enjoy the vacation too. 🐾
Can’t recommend this place enough—already looking forward to coming back!

The apartment was nice other than the heavy Lysol smell when entering. The property seemed a little sketchy at first but was ok. There was late night noise and questionable characters on the property maybe due to the public restaurant there. The beach access was nice.

We loved: The bunk beds, the toys in the case on the patio (we left some boogie boards), cleanliness, easy to walk to pool and beach, well-stocked of kitchen utensils, very comfortable and the living room felt spacey! Loved that it was 1st floor and pet friendly! Also really loved that you could communicate with Holiday Isle via text messaging.
Things that could be improved: More places to hang things (bags, towels, etc.), the coffee pot didn’t work (beeped 3 times and wouldn’t make coffee) so you’ll need a new coffee pot, very very squeaky bed, top bunk felt a little dangerous with no guard around the edges.
All in all, would 10000% stay here again!

My family and I had a great stay! The proximity to the beach, pool and shopping is wonderful! The condo looked just like the photos. There were board games, a boogie board, and sand toys for the kiddos. The beach chair service was an awesome perk! Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning! The condo is exactly as described and the location is great. It was close to lots of restaurants and the beach was five minutes away. He has everything you could think. It was definitely a home away from home. I will be using him again in the future and highly recommend him!!

loved this place, will visit again. this was our first time to rent through the app and it was so easy! host communicated so we'll and answered all questions immediately. the beach is right accross the street and you can reserve chairs first thing in the morning. loved how quiet it was in the evening and we felt so secure. can't wait to go back. check in process was so smooth.

First time staying in Sand Piper and probably not the last! This unit was comfy, clean and had everything our family of 4 needed. Beds including bunk beds were comfy. Kitchen had all the essentials. The appliances seemed new & well maintained. Beach theme decor was nicely done. The only thing we needed to buy was a dish sponge but there was dishwasher detergent and dish soap already available.
The back patio is gated which was nice that our dog could hang out with us in the mornings & evenings.
CHECK-IN: Easy & hassle free. No complaints.
AMENITIES: We played golf and tennis during our stay. Didn’t have pickle ball paddles so will plan for that next visit.
BEACH: 5 minute walk to the beach from this unit or you can also drive & park (gate codes provided during check in). Beach service was a nice option with 2 umbrellas & chairs readily available. We even lucked out & saw a pod of dolphins our second morning!
LOCATION: Close to restaurants, grocery, seafood markets & shopping.

Our Spring Break getaway truly felt right at home bc of this condo! Loved the patio and pet friendly grassy area right outside the gate. Enjoyed walking our dog down to the harbor docks behind Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant. Beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen and living area was super spacious and loved the long countertop which became our catch-all. Super close to pool, hot tubs, and pickleball courts. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait for the day we come visit again!

Extremely clean, comfortable condo. Roughly a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great part of Destin to stay. Restaurant a short walk away, and the main pool is extremely close to room. Very safe, as it is a gated complex. Would highly recommend.

Loved loved loved this condo. It was perfect for me and my family. It was such an easy check in the staff was so friendly. I LOVED it was so dog friendly. They have also have an app and a text thread . The place was clean and looked just liked the pictures. There were a few pools and a restaurant. The beach has a cute little shack with drinks and food. It was great we really enjoyed the condo and the area. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything about our stay was wonderful other than our late arrival check in at the security gate. I was with my college age kids on a family vacation and they were not friendly as we checked in. I am assuming it was probably because they thought we were party Spring Breakers when in fact I am a Mom in her late 40’s taking her kids for a family vacation. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay and fit our needs perfectly. The proximity to the beach was nice, pool and hot tubs, kids played golf, and we had a very enjoyable time!

My stay at Sandpiper Cove was wonderful! My unit was 9124 and was adorable, comfy, and cozy! It was perfect for me and my pup with it being on the ground floor and on the end with a nice little semi-private area out back. It is in a great location on the property that is close to the front gate and the restaurant, and it is very central to everything in Destin! I did lock myself out once, but I didn't have to wait long for security to get me back in.
I would absolutely stay there again!

We have used Holiday Isle 3 times now and all times have been smooth. This was even smoother due to the text messages which I found to be helpful. The folks in the office were friendly and helpful making it a nice experience once again. See ya next year :)

The location was great, as were the beach umbrella and chairs that were provided! There were no seasonings (not even salt or pepper) available and no toiletries so make sure to bring your own. The master bed was a little soft for my taste but the bunk mattresses were more firm and supportive.

Great place, we very much enjoyed our time here and would love to stay again soon! Can’t beat the location!
One suggestion, would love if there was detergent and maybe salt & pepper and a sponge to clean the dishes with. The house had wonderful amenities but was a little barebones as for use of the amenities. Not a dealbreaker of course, just tough to buy detergent or small things like salt, cooking spray or sponges, etc. if we’re there for only a few days.
Regardless, would highly recommend this place to friends and family and will definitely be staying again!

Beautifully updated condo. The size was just right for my husband and I and our little dog. The slider out the back made it easy with the dog, and the condo is close to the main pool, restaurant, and beach.

This condo is very clean, nicely decorated and the king bed was super comfortable. Beach is across the street and in a nice complex.
Layout of condo is such that the bedroom is the only place with privacy. With 4 people it was s bit of s challenge but we were all adults.
We had a great stay.

This place was clean and well-decorated. The location is very good. Close walk to the private beach (do have to cross the street). Beach chairs and umbrella are included which was a nice surprise. Right next to a great restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe). We really enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer. Will likely return!

This place was much better than expected! It is recently updated and so cute! It was very clean when we arrived and plenty of linens and towels were supplied. The beach is very close by and convenient to access. The pool is also right around the corner. We had a great trip and I loved the location! Get like we weren’t far from anything. Highly recommended!

If you are going to Destin, Fl you have to consider staying here. The location is amazing!! It has a private beach and all. The House was spacious and the entire process was very easy. I was extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank you!!

We LOVED where we stayed. The condo was clean as well as the premises. It being dog friendly was wonderful. I had a great time relaxing at the pools and access to the beach was easy. My only complaint was getting directions from the front desk person. I needed to know from where we lived which exit to take and etc. . The perosn I spoke with really didin't seem like he wanted to give me directions. It was like pullig teetth to get them. . The directions he gave me was COMPLETLEY wrong and it made us go 1 1/2 OUT OF OUR WAY!. When working at a front desk that should be on the top 3 things to know when booking a reservation. It should be also considered as part of your description to do so. Also, he was not helpful when I asked how the weather was. Other then that, we had a great time.
