Great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach and easy Uber pickup. The place was clean and bed was actually comfortable. Air conditioned was great! Great location will go again

My family and I loved the place. It was perfect for my one year old, as well. Clean , comfortable, had everything we needed for cooking, pull out bed was comfortable, the walk to the beach was right across the street with gated access, the pool was right outside the room. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

My three day stay was very restful. The beach was only 5 minutes walk away. It was very nice and quiet area, just what I was looking for.

This is a family friendly place to stay. We had a three minute walk to the beach. Place was clean. None of the families around us were rowdy and curfew was respected. Our room was equipped with everything we would expect to have at our house. We will definitely come back.

I had to just cross the road to go to this private beach which is associated with holiday isle. It was close all best eatouts in town. You CANNOT pitch your canopy or tent . Only umbrella and chairs are allowed. You can rent them if you need.

We loved our stay at 8245 SPC! This studio was recently updated and was the perfect size for a couples getaway. It was in such a great location with a short walk right to the private beach (that was stunning) and to the pool/hot tubs. We even extended our stay twice because we loved it. Holiday isle is wonderful - they are very responsive and helped us with any issue immediately. We will definitely be back!

This place is excellent. Price, location, safety, everything you need. Unit is small but really nice. Beach is beautiful and it is just across the street. We’ll definitely look for this place next time we visit Destin.

The condo was perfect! Very clean and nice inside. The beds were comfortable. There were 2 beach chairs and sand toys. Great location with the beach right across the street and a lot to do nearby.

Awesome place, the beach is literally across the street. You can easily walk there. The place looked even better in person. Me and my wife will definitely consider coming back to this place if we visit Destin in the near future

Perfect little spot for a beach get-away. They have round the clock security which made us feel very safe and private beach access literally seconds from the condo’s. Highly recommend this place :)

Amazing place to stay! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is right in the middle of everything. The condo was stocked with towels. Will definitely be back to visit and booking again.

this felt much more like renting someone's home than working with a rental company. There was an issue with the AC and they were over within an hour or two to put a temporary unit in the room and then the next day they were their fixing the actual unit.
Additionally, I wanted to extend my stay and they made it no hassle!
I 100% would recommend and stay here again!

This place is clean, convenient, and offers great amenities. It is family friendly and affordable. Our particular unit was not super Updated, but it was clean, the ac was awesome and the bathroom was large enough to accommodate. The full kitchen really helped us save $$ while there. We will be back.

Great studio, very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need for your stay. The pool is right in front of the condo and the beach is across the street. Close to everything in Destin!!

10/10 would recommend to friends. It is an amazing location; only a few minutes walk to the beach. If you don't want to walk, you can drive to the private parking lot. The space was clean and had everything we needed.

my girlfriend and I came down for a quick getaway before winter sets in. The kind of was as advertised in very nice. People are very hospitable and friendly. Check-in and check-out was easy. The beaches which were located just across the road were fabulous! Would definitely come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed the condo, wonderful location . Clean, spacious, plenty of cooking items (blender, cooking pans, spatulas etc. Very helpful!) Very comfortable and private beach access. Highly recommend it!

We LOVED staying at 8245 Sandpiper Cove! We had the space for 4 days and didn’t want to leave. You have the beach just across the street and a great place to sleep at night. We’re going to keep returning to this space for as long as we can.

I came with my husband and my 5 and 1/2 year old stepson. We loved the property and the condo - the pool was right outside the door, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Condo was perfect, with beautiful oil paintings and bright cheery furniture. Sitting on the balcony is right above the walkway from the beach. Enjoyed the large bathtub/shower and loved the Murphy bed. We'd love to stay again.

Loved our mini vacation. This unit was perfect for us. Murphy bed slept great. Everything was clean and as pictured. Very convenient to the beach. Can't wait to come back again.
