Tad bit expensive, but being close to the beach it makes sense. Not a very big space, but clean and walkable. Plenty to do around.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Rentamos este apartamento por un fin de semana y superó nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y muy bien organizado, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos desde el primer momento.
La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está muy cerca del mar y se puede llegar caminando a la playa en pocos minutos. Además, las piscinas son muy bonitas, limpias y bien cuidadas, ideales para relajarse y disfrutar en familia.
Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a cualquiera que busque un lugar cómodo, limpio y con una excelente ubicación para disfrutar de la playa.

It was a outstanding location. Me and my husband and two kids truly had a fantastic stay. It had everything you would need and is extremely close to everything fun and entertaining. Great food is nearby. Perfect beach spot.

Loved our stay! It only took a few minutes to walk to the beach. There was a place that served food and drinks on way. You didn’t have to travel far for great restaurants and fun things to do. Very happy with the experience!

We were impressed! The pictures didn't do it justice! Decor was cohesive and looked like someone actually put thought into it! Made us feel like we were at home. Short walk to the beach, chairs & umbrellas available to rent, really close to food and groceries. We are likely to return!!

Our stay was great. We were missing some bedding for the pull out couch, but the host get that to us right away. Walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes from this unit, and the beach was pristine. Do you self a favor and bring your own chair and umbrella, as the rentals on the beach are expensive!!!

The condo was great. The location was perfect for us. The pool was fantastic since it was a double red flag both of our beach days. It was super easy to find. The property even had onsite security who regularly walked the grounds. The mattress on both of the beds were a bit stiff. The bathroom was perfect! Didn’t have issues with draining at all in the shower. The kitchen is up to date and very clean with a few essentials. I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 people staying there. It’s a bit small but worked perfectly for what we needed. I’d recommend staying there! We were driving in and had to change our arrival time due to a storm. The team contracted me via text and provided other options for checking in.

If I had to describe this Airbnb in one word it would be Convenience, our stay was awesome in every way, we were given the option to check-in and check-out remotely through a text message, the unit was very clean and exactly as described and shown in pictures, kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware and flatware which we were not expecting. Bathroom towels are provided as well as bedding essentials for both beds. Easy code access to the unit, wifi access, access to several pools around the property (one located right behind the unit). The best part is the private beach access across the street (code for beach gate is provided at check-in) 2 minute walking distance from the unit, unit building has outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach. There's a gas station/convenience store around the corner from the property that has everything you might've forgotten for your trip. Tons of restaurants and activities within 3-5 mile radius. If we visit Destin again, we will definitely stay here.

Wonderful place to stay. Just the right size for a vacation rental for a single or couple. Murphy bed has a nice 1.5" memory foam mattress, making it perfect for sleepers who need a soft but stable mattress. LOVED the large TV hung overhead that was a pleasant bonus. The entire complex is very quiet. We loved the private beach; so much better than giant hotels and their "private beach front" that are filled with thousands of people all staying at the hotel.
