We had a great stay at Sandpiper Cove! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to the beach. Everything was as described, and the communication with Holiday Isle was excellent. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

The front door looks like it had been busted in at one time so probably would look better if it was replaced since you can see daylight all around the door. Also maybe a lock on the inside would be good to feel more secure at night. Other than that, everything was as advertised and in a great location to the restaurant, pools and the beach.

Had a very fun weekend! We arrived the Friday spent time at the beach, got engaged on the Saturday 😜 and ate at Joe’s Crab Shack 5 mins away from the condo. And were checked out on the Sunday! It was an amazing vacation!

My husband and I have been coming to Sandpiper since 2021 when we got married here! We always stay in a different condo with our pup, and this one did not disappoint! Flexible check in, clean, and close to the beach and pool!

This was my first solo trip and it was the most relaxing and much needed momcation, mental health break, nursecation I could ask for. I went on my first helicopter ride, got a facial and massage, and ate some amazing seafood. This home was not only peaceful and in a great location, it was also very clean and neat. The murphy bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I will definitely be booking again.

We loved our stay at Sandpiper! The condo is very close to the beach, about a 3 min walk. The private beach is gorgeous and the apartment paid for our chairs and umbrellas to be up at the beach. Made everything super easy. We LOVED that there is a code to get in the apartment. Made check in super easy. The apartment was clean when we came in. Bed was comfy. Will stay here again if we’re ever down to Destin again!

Perfect stay for our group! Plenty of things to do - easy accessible walk to private beach. Unit provided everything we needed,
kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, glassware, coffee mugs, pots and pans. Plenty of linens and pillows, bed was super comfy! Very nice and helpful security in the front. Would definitely stay here again!

Todo en general estuvo muy bien, el espacio es para una pareja y dos niños pequeños como maximo, cuenta con todo lo que necesitas en la cocina, todo muy limpio, hay toallas, almohadas y sabanas. es pet friendly algo que es fantástico, el alojamiento queda en un complejo muy lindo, hay playa privada y lo mejor es que te dan sombrilla y dos sillas por las cuales no hay que pagar, todo estuvo extremadamente bien, pero recomendamos al propietario arreglar la ducha, ya que no desagua y se queda toda el agua estancada, lo que es realmente desagradable.

across the street from the beach, easy way in and out and the unit has an umbrella and 2 chairs at the private beach in front of it. only the bed wasn't super comfortable but not a big deal!

This was the perfect stay for our family of 4! The location can’t be beat being a 5 minute walk to the private beach as well as being easily located between Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village. We even walked to Walgreens, Target, a great gym and a cute coffee shop on the way back (about 3/4 of a mile each way). The listing describes the unit to a tee, which made knowing what was provided and what we would need to bring easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, glassware, coffee mugs and a keurig coffee maker. There are plenty of extra (very comfortable) pillows provided and extra sets of sheets for the pull out sofa. The pool area also offers a relaxing area to cool off and the laundry room is attached to the pool house with a window to see in/out to the pool. The beautiful private beach was not only a short walk away but also offered beach service ( 2 lounge chairs under an umbrella) meaning we didn’t have to lug a ton of stuff to and from the beach each time. Don’t forget to check out area activities! We were able to watch fireworks on nearby Okaloosa Island on Wednesday and from Harborwalk Village on Thursday (summer stay). We would definitely book with Holiday Isle again!

Very professional and very helpful property management. All communication was clear & excellent! Easy check in and check out. The condo is comfy & cozy, and best suited to two people, but our family of four, it was fine (just a bit snug). The condo was very clean! The location is Destin is ideal & convenient to groceries and restaurants, and the private beach (which required code access) was never crowded in June. The unit is on the second level-- Only a five minute walk to the beach with a protected crosswalk (just press the button for the sign). We felt safe with the secure access & security at the gate was always helpful whenever we asked questions. The murphy bed was comfy! Sofa bed not so much-- The full kitchen was super useful- includes a full size oven, full size fridge, & microwave! I really enjoyed the little balcony! The condo complex has five pools, and there is a pool very near to this unit. There were ample bath towels in the unit (bring your own beach towels). The bathroom has a step up to the toilet, and a step down into a very deep, sunken bathtub-- So, highly recommend using the handrails.We loved the sand shower right outside the unit (found on the main level), and there are great sand showers at the beach as well (on your left as you approach the beach). There is free seasonal beach service for umbrella and chairs, which we enjoyed using. I believe there are other amenities available, like golfing and tennis that we did not have time to enjoy. There is a seafood restaurant inside of the complex that has excellent reviews, but they did not offer take-out, and we were unable to dine in. Overall great experience! I would book again, if going as a couple, and consider a larger unit in this complex, if traveling with kiddos again.

Nos encantó lo recomendamos y la próxima vez nos quedaremos otras vez nos gusto demasiado estaba muy limpio tiene acceso privado a la playa tiene muchas piscinas son limpias, los condominios siempre permanecen limpios no se ve basura, está ubicado en un lugar donde todo te puede quedar cerca, las personas que trabajaban allí fueron muy amables con nosotros te proveen muchas toallas y cobijas . EXCELENTE LO RECOMENDAMOS!!

My family of four had a wonderful time! We loved our condo, we loved the location, we loved the private beach, and WE LOVED THE SHOWER right outside of our door for rinsing off sand! The condo was close enough to all of the action without being in the middle of it, and was right across from Target and tons of eating places. No complaints here!

This unit was very clean and perfect walk to the beach! It had a smart TV with netlflix and Amazon prime which was great for the rainy days. The staff is very helping and friendly. A BIG plus for this unit is that it came with beach service, so we did not have to rent beach chairs/umbrella. Also a very safe area with security at the front gate which is awesome. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely rent this unit again!

Have been coming to Destin for several years but this was our first time at this property. We LOVED the location to not only the beach but to attractions and necessities. I loved the added security to get onto the property and the beach. Everything you’d expect from a beach condo!

The beach wasn’t over crowded, i was afraid the condo may be a little too small but it was the perfect size! I loved the completely full kitchen. They even had a sand castle kit in the closet and the bath tub was huge! We were a 5 minute walk from the beach which was wonderful and and the restaurant in the neighborhood had a beautiful view of the sunset! Thanks for the great stay!
