A rare studio that can sleep 5 comfortably. Located up a few steps, you open the door to Sandpiper Cove 8132. The bathroom is on the right once you open the door. The bathroom features a combination tub/shower.
Past the bathroom you will be in the beautifully decorated living space. There is a Queen sized bed so no fussing with a murphy bed. The sofa folds out to a Queen sofa sleeper as well. There is an additional Twin sized bed as well.
The kitchen has all full-sized appliances and the cookware you’d need to cook a bite before walking to the beach. The private Sandpiper Cove beach is located just a short walk away. This condo has free wifi as well.
Another rarity is the large spacious deck located past the large sliding glass doors. The deck features stairs to go down that lead you right one of the 5 complex pools and coin laundry.
Sandpiper Cove complex amenities include coin laundry, 5 swimming pools, tennis courts, on-site restaurant, and free 9 hole 3-par golf course.

A dog under 15 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

We could not have had a more perfect Airbnb! It was walking distance to the beach and we were able to have our fur baby with us. If we come back to Destin, we will be staying here again!

My girlfriend and I loved staying at this place. The location was fantastic! It was very private, with easy beach access close to where we were staying. There was also a pool next to us and a BBQ grill right next to it, which we really loved. The beach is breathtaking and one of the most beautiful ones I've ever seen. I can't wait to go back!

This was an all together beautiful stay. It felt like being home, was so close to the beach, very private, not noisy, and was close enough to Walgreens/Target and other stores. The amenities were fantastic. Looking forward to our next vacation in that area.

Traveled to Destin, for a second time for our son’s baseball World Series. We traveled with a 10, 5, & 3 yr old. This time we decided to book through Airbnb and enjoyed our experience. Holiday Isle was great at being responsive to messages, they were even able to accommodate us to have an earlier check in.
The place was very clean and organized, it was a small place one single open bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed, but it was perfect for us. I highly recommend for a family with kids, the patio is big and you’re within walking distance to the pool.
Kitchen had almost everything needed to prep a meal or dinner, no spices-including salt or pepper. However there are pots & pans. I probably would recommend adding another cooking spoon. As well as sponge for dishwashing and a swiffer mop to clean the floors. They did get very dirty within a day or two
Overall great experience and we highly recommend it!!

Beaching and Golfing
The 4 of us spent time on the beach 3 days, time at the pool 1 day and golfed every day. The complex was perfect for us!

This was an amazing stay. We will come back and stay here every time from now on. The condo was just as described. Pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, boat launch, beach. We didn’t have to leave the premises much at all.
I would recommend a broom and mop for guests. The tile floors get dirty and there are no cleaning tools! 🥴

Life is better at the beach!
We enjoyed our staying at 8132! The location is awesome, right in the middle of everything in Destin! With a family of 5 and 3 teenagers I was worried the space would be a little tight but it absolutely was not, it was just enough with plenty of pillows, bedding, and towels to go around. It was great that the pool was right off the back deck to keep an eye on our teenages and just a short walk to the beautiful beach! We were sad to go, but hope to visit again!!

My trip here was every bit of amazing. My fiancé and I really enjoyed ourselves. Nice, clean spacious condo with the needed essentials to maintain everyday living. The beach was literally only a 20 second walk with one of the pools being right in our backyard. We enjoyed our stay so much. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Oh and the Florida hospitality is amazing. Everyone is so nice and friendly!!!
