This studio unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a living room/bedroom area. Convenient murphy bed folds down out of the wall at night then can be folded back during the day to give you full function of the living room area. Units are situated around the pool and laundry area.
Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, a restaurant, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee. Condo is Pet Friendly. And has a washer/dryer!

A dog under 15 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

Such a great stay close to amazing restaurants and beach access! Right next to the pool was a game changer for me! Full kitchen and washer and dryer allowed us to do everything we needed to do!

My family and I have stayed here twice and both times it’s been phenomenal! Our first time the unit was too warm for me but that was instantly fixed I was very impressed with the quick response.
The area is nice and peaceful. The location is perfect there’s lots to do!
Sandpiper Cove for sure has become the place to stay for our yearly Destin trip!

Best location to enjoy all that Destin has to offer. The room has everything you need. Loved having access to a full kitchen. Bathroom was spacious. Beds were confortable.

Great vacation spot
Me and my boyfriend stayed for four nights and this was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach, and the beach service made it so we only had to bring a few things each day. There are a ton of restaurants close by and a great walking trail if you want to get your steps in. Make sure you read the listing and bring everything you need if you want to cook in the kitchen (salt, pepper, cookie oil, etc) and you will we good to go. We will definitely be back.

Holiday Isle the Best
Holiday Isle Properties has the best people.. from management, front desk, booking, to maintenance and cleaning! This unit is so close to pool and beach! Very clean! Sandpiper is a great family friendly property.

This is a studio not a 1 bedroom so don't get that confused! It is a nice place to stay, steps to the pool, and the beach is private and a quick walk directly across the street. Nice resort for a decent value. It was clean too!

Holiday Isle was everything we were looking for.

I was really impressed with the management of this property. I accidently left my beard trimmer in the bathroom and Holiday Isle worked with me to ship it back. They were proactive and always available as needed.
Also, While I didn't see it anywhere in the listing, there are beach chairs available for this unit for free with the resort.

Having the beach chairs and umbrella at your disposal was worth the 5 star review alone! The space is a little older and no frills but it was spotless, quiet, a quick walk to the beach, and well equipped with anything you might need for a long or short stay. The location can’t be beat, either! There are a few places to eat within walking distance but everything else is a few minute drive in either direction. We would definitely stay here again! The gals in the office were also super sweet and responsive. The pet fee and cleaning expectations are incredibly reasonable, especially compared to some other experiences I have had with Air BnB. This place is a great value!

Another perfect stay! This is our 2nd time and we love staying at Sandpiper Cove. We arrived early and our condo wasn’t ready but we were able to enjoy all the facilities until it was. Our condo was pool side, small walk to the private beach and the chairs/umbrella was a nice bonus. We also loved the tiki snack bar. We will definitely be back next year!

Staying here was great! We had a fun couple’s getaway that was just what we needed. The space was just right for 2 people and beach access was very easy! Also, easy access to a grocery store and Target for forgotten odds and ends. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals at the condo(coffee maker, pots, pans, baking dishes)! We loved the beach side restaurant on property, Ricks, for snacks and drinks during the day. Just remember to pack shampoo and shower necessities

Sandpiper Cove is a great place to stay while in Destin. The condos are located away from the main roads which makes it easy to walk across the street when going to the beach. The beach area is clean and has chairs available for the guests. We were only able to stay for half our trip due to Hurricane Sally. The staff responded well to our questions about the hurricane and offered refunds for the rest of our stay. Great staff and very friendly.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. It had an easy access to the beach! The pool area, lines, and towels were really clean. The staff was nice and provided really good information on everything we needed to know about the property plus information on how to take care of the property, ourselves, and people around us due to COVID 19 situation. We would definitely book them again in the future and just recommended this property to other family members

Great quiet location
Didn't have to worry about college kids partying or empty beer cans lining the street. Only down side is that it wasn't warm enough to be at the beach all day every day. Great first beach experience for the my daughter. Friendly customer service as well

Great, Economical way to vacation on the beach
We stayed here from 6/7/14 - 6/14/14 and it was a great trip. The unit is just a short walk from the beach. Very affordable if you're looking to save some money.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH. SANDPIPER COVE IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF ALL YOU NEED PLUS THE GORGEOUS BEACH. IT IS A PEACEFUL OASIS OFF HWY 98 AND SPOTLESS. THE UNIT COULD USE AN UPDATING BUT THE FURNITURE AND BED ARE COMFORTABLE.
