This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is done completely in authentic tile throughout, so worry not about any stained or dirty carpet in this property. The Living room has a flat screen HD LED TV, BluRay player, two relaxing plush recliners, and a comfy couch that doubles as a Queen size Sofa Sleeper, allowing the condo to sleep 6 in comfort and ease. The kitchen comes completely equipped with all the full size appliances, pots, pans, plates, dishes, and silverware you would need to prepare your favorite dish. Once your feast is prepared, head to the dining area which is home to a great dining table that seats 6. The Master bedroom has a large King size bed with a flat screen HD LED TV and Blu-Ray player. The Guest bedroom is outfitted with two Twin beds.

Other amenities include complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet access, a washer and dryer inside the condo, lighted tennis courts, 5 pools (two heated), a 9-hole par 3 golf course, beachfront parking, 24 hour gated security, and 1100' of private beach. A dog under 40 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

Wonderful dog-friendly condo at sandpiper cove. Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Wonderful amenities to enjoy. Pitch and putt golf course was fun. A quick walk gets you to heated pools and Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant.

You can except a very clean condo with a peek of ocean view from your balcony. You can also expect to never want to leave. This is the best vacation destination!

Bring your own coffee, cream, salt etc and laundry detergent and shampoo etc. otherwise no issues. Pool and beach access were nice.

We will stay here again! Our pups loved walking the grounds and everyone except one other guest picked up after their pets. The location is superb. The beach exceptional. This has become our favorite Destin destination, and we've stayed in several others.

Our stay at Holiday Isles was incredible. It had all the personal touches of a homey beach house but thankfully because it has more than one location they were able to accommodate me at no extra charge when I made a pretty big mistake of booking on the complete wrong weekend. ? I was in between homes and all the packing and moving threw me off but Rachel was very understanding and accommodating. They definitely exceeded my standards and I will love to stay with them again for future trips. Thanks again for all the wonderful hospitality:-)

We rented this condo for some much needed beach time. The location was great, with a short, 5 minute walk to the private beach. The included beach chairs and umbrella service was greatly appreciated. Our son spend many hours fishing off the dock and canal located in the community. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, with 2 bedrooms and sofa sleeper. While the furnishings are a little dated, everything was clean and met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, which made cooking meals so much easier than eating out, though there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely consider staying here again!

This is a great location...private beach access, good and reasonably priced beach snack bar and grill, very clean and quiet grounds with excellent 24 hour security.
Our Condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything you need if you are going to cook. Our beds were very comfortable! Very short walk to private beach - even tho not on the beachside we had a glimpse of the gulf from our balcony.

Condo was nice and spacious!

My family had a wonderful vacation at this condo rental. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was located close to plenty of shopping and just a short walk to the beautiful beach.

Great location and just the right size

My wife and I and our 2 sons (11 & 16) had never been to Destin before and picked this condo at the last minute when Hurricane Mathew ruined our 3 day Fall Break trip to Isle of Palms SC. The condo was roomy and nicely furnished. The staff at Sandpiper Cove and Holiday Isle were very nice and helpful. The beach is a quick walk across the road (pedestrian crosswalk) from the condo and the pool with 3 hot tubs is just a few steps away. We enjoyed a drink at Rick's Sand Trap (on the beach) and had the best dinner of our vacation at Louisiana Lagniappe which is in the complex also. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Destin.
