We booked this rental last minute for a vacation with our kids and it definitely fit our needs. We had the pleasure at staying at Sand Piper Cove a few years ago and this property is amazing. We were very thankful that Holiday Isle reached out to us that our rental was available for an early check in, which we very much appreciated after a long day of traveling. They responded quickly to any and all questions we had. We absolutely loved the patio and chairs they provided. We would definitely book again. This Airbnb is definitely a 5 star place. Thank you again!

We love SPC! This condo is on the golf course. The beds were very comfortable. The in-unit washer and dryer was nice to have.

Such a great place & so beautiful! Our balcony view was so nice & having all the materials to play different activities like tennis, golf, chairs & little surfing boarding was good instead of having to buy them!

We had an incredible stay at charming Holiday Isle Airbnb! The place was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, making it feel like a home away from home. Teresa was exceptionally responsive and professional, ensuring all our needs were met promptly.

Great unit. My family loved the view of the canal and spent a lot of time on the deck watching all the fish. The community of Sandpiper Cove was great, the walk to the beach was quick and easy.

We loved our stay! We usually stay in Navarre but wanted to try something new this year.
My biggest thing is things being clean and this place was spotless! Whoever takes care of this in between families & pets does an excellent job.
My husband loved the golf course. It was nice to have access to walk/drive to so many pools. Loved having the beach across the street! It’s a cool & safe area. We loved the beach service umbrella and chairs!!
The bed was comfortable & everything was decorated nicely. Washer & dryer worked amazing. Some of the kitchen appliances were just ok. They all technically worked. We made eggs one morning, all the burners were tilted & wouldn’t sit flat so it made for interesting frying lol. The freezer had trouble freezing. Our waffles & ice cream were fine, just not frozen all the way. None of it was a big enough deal to us to want to call and deal with maintenance on vacation.
The owners or whoever manages it does a great job & are very friendly & helpful!

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The community is older, but the unit has been recently updated. The property has a lot of charm and is in a good central location for activities, shopping, and accessing the harbor area. The best features of this property are the gated private beach (just across the street), Rick's Sand Trap beach bar with a friendly & lively vibe, and the onsite par 3 golf course. Another bonus is the Destin Water Taxi which picks up on the dock right outside the property's Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant.

First of all I was super impressed with how clean everything was! I am neurotic about checking for bed bugs and all the beds were spotless! Bright white sheets!
The location was awesome. The view, pools/hot tubs/ beach being walkable made our trip! My middle boy loved catching things in the water outside the room. We have three boys and they never got bored.
Target and Winn-Dixie were super close and that made it so easy when I realized I forgot paper towels, for instance.
The washer and dryer saved me!!! So convenient.
Chairs on the balcony were helpful.
The security gentlemen were all very nice and helpful.
Don’t forget to turn the fridge and freezer temperatures down when you arrive.
The outlet on the right side of the bed in master is hard to get to but if you have someone with small hands you can make it work.
Overall wonderful stay, we hope to go back soon!

We stayed here mid-August 2022. The end of the peak summer season/beginning of the slower hurricane season.
This condo was perfect for our group - 4 adults and two kids (under 3).
The location in Destin was perfect close to everything - Walmart 5 minutes, Publix 8 mins and Target literally across the street. The Harbor Walk Village and Sandestin Baytown Wharf both 15-20 minutes away. If you are looking to spend time in Watercolor/Seaside this is a bit of a hike away.
The location in proximity to the beach was great! Takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach - totally doable, did it every morning! We had two little ones and chose to drive over and there was plenty of parking at the beach this time of year. The condo was close to the canal - our three year old enjoyed feeding the fish, turtles, and ducks cheerios every day.
Beach was gorgeous and clean - snack bar was cheap and convenient! And has an ice machine to purchase ice for your cooler. Beach chairs included were a major plus - go down early to reserve them close to the boardwalk and front row.
Can’t comment on the pools because we never made time for them!
The condo itself was stalked with everything we needed to cook. It was super clean - we originally planned on bringing our dog but changed our minds last minute. I was prepared for the property to be reflective of being “pet friendly” but it had no trace of animals whatsoever!
We enjoyed the keyless entry to the condo and the sandpiper property… no keys to keep up with!
We had one issue with the fridge that was addressed immediately! The unit may have sat empty for a while and the fridge needed more time to fully chill to temperature. The tech was there within a couple of hours of our call and able to diagnose the problem and work the fix. I would recommend being prepared to keep perishable food in an iced cooler for the first 24 hrs, in case the unit has been vacant for a period of time.
Overall, it was a great vacation! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Very nice condo with comfortable furnishings. Sandpiper Cove is a great location with several awesome amenities (golf, tennis, etc)! Easy access to the beach and pools/hot tubs
