Excellent communication with the host; they were very friendly and helped me a lot with an emergency I had , The unit was very organized and very clean. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and the location was spectacular.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo!! The pictures don’t do it justice! We had an issue with the linens but as soon as we reached out they fixed it right away. Hosts were super responsive and nice! Everything is in close proximity it was in the perfect location and the condo is beachside itself! We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Destin Florida!

We had the best time staying at this condo! So clean, cozy and updated. Perfect for family with children. We’ve stayed at sandpiper cove for years now and this has been our favorite condo yet. We will def return! Thanks again for a great trip sandpiper cove!

Wow! This location was perfect. The condo is right at the beach! The deck had a pretty descent view of the ocean. And at night, it was wonderful to sit and listen to the ocean waves while you gander into the star filled sky! The deck itself has two entries. One entry is from the living room area and the other entry is from what may be called the "Master bedroom". There are great blackout curtains, which can be pulled to cover the sliding glass doors which lead out to the balcony area. There are two bedrooms both separated by a hallway, and of course doors. One bedroom (the "Master") has it's own bathroom in quarters. While the second bedroom has direct access to a hallway bath (through a door in that bedroom). The hallway also has access to that same bathroom, through a door in the hallway (so you can consider this a bathroom that can be used by anyone else sleeping in the pull-out living couch for example. The bedroom beds were big and comfortable enough for 2 people to sleep in each bedroom. In the Master bedroom the bed is large enough for three people to sleep in. As mentioned above, the living room does have a pull out couch. It's a large bed that pulls out, so I would say two people could sleep on it. The living room couch pull-out is just like any other you will encounter. It's obviously not going to be the most comfortable place to lay down in. Couch mattresses are always thin (since they have to be curled up in the couches they are stored within). So I can't really complain about the comfort level of it. But if you have picky sleepers, don't put them on that couch mattress (or any couch mattress for that matter). The beach was simply a walk down the staircase from the condo to the parking lot, then literally feet away from the wooden walk that goes over the protected beach-shore-land and to the beach itself! The "snack bar" (Rick's) actually had "food" (hot dogs/hamburgers) folks and drinks (both non and alcoholic). There was even ice cream for the kiddos! Okay, and location wise -- you are right in the middle of Destin-FL which is a very family oriented place. And Walmart, Grocery Stores, Go-Carts, Arcade, Restaurants, etc....it's all right in the area, just blocks away!

Is as described great location. The checking in was easy it’s kinda as if your booking with a hotel and not a regular Airbnb where they have you checkin with a lock box. Which wasn’t a bother just different. Clean and easy access to beach. Would recommend.

We have stayed at Sandpiper many times and this condo was the best !  It had everything we needed and right on the beach and a short walk to the pools and other facilities !  Awesome views and peaceful...refreshing!   We only had a couple of minor issues and the owner was on top of it!  No complaints.. only compliments and we highly recommend to everyone!  Wish we could have stayed longer and cannot wait to return -

We stayed in 2138 at Sandpiper Cove, which was clean, very spacious and a very short walk to the beach. Some reviews had us worried about the walk to the beach but they must have been reviewing a different unit as this one is right on the beach. We would recommend this particular unit. Holiday Isles vacation rental made the process extremely easy. We didn't have to guess at anything; from check-in through check-out.

We had an absolute blast at this place. Best location in Destin! Activity with the kids in the morning, beach through the afternoon (beach chair service is great!), and pool/hot tub in the evening. This place is clean, well decorated, and a step away from the best sandy beach in Florida. We also enjoyed the food at Rick's Sand Trap. Everything is so close and convenient. Hats off to the great folks at Holiday Isle as well. We are looking forward to our next trip back.

We highly recommend staying here! You cannot beat the location or the view. We loved being so close to the beach and it was very relaxing to look at the water and listen to the waves crashing. The condo was super clean and tastefully decorated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so great! We washed our clothes before heading home and it was nice not having to do laundry when we returned. This was truly the best family vacation we have ever been on (and we have been on many). Destin has so many fun things to do and we were conveniently located next to everything (Target, grocery store, convenience store, restaurants, etc...)!

We had a Great experience. Centrally located to restaurants and activities. Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved the large balcony. Best Destin vacation I have had. I plan on staying again. The only negative was the other people from across the street parked in front of our condo instead of at the extra designated parking for beach access. Otherwise, this will be my vacation destination from now on.

We want to thank Holiday Isle for their genuine hospitality and service but especially for introducing us to Sandpiper Cove 2138. The condo was very clean, roomy and right on the beach with good views. The kitchen was well stocked. The 70" flat screen TV was great. We wished we could have stayed longer. We are definitely coming back and staying in this condo!

We absolutely loved our condo 2138!! It was very clean and spacious. It's beautiful! The location it's perfect too! Sandpiper Cove is a great place to stay. The staff is great and Rick's Place has great food! This condo 2138 also includes free "beach service" which is awesome! Two chairs and an umbrella are set up for you everyday on the beach and reserved. Destin beach is amazing. Not only does it have white powder sand but clear, blue water! We will definitely be coming back and staying in the same condo! Thank you Sandpiper Cove for making our vacation a great one!

We loved it here, this is the second time we stayed at this condo 2138 and I got to say we will be back, everyone is very friendly and answered all our questions with a smile. This was our first time staying at Sandpiper Cove. We LOVED the area. The condo was very nice & convenient to everything. The only things that weren't "great" was the cookware is needing updated. We had to search for skillets to cook breakfast and of the 2 that we found, 1 was so wore out that it rocked on the stove top. The only other problem was that someone had adjusted a drawer in the refrigerator and the frig door wouldn't close properly. My husband fixed the drawer so it worked out fine but I don't know how that kind of thing got missed during the inspection. In previous reviews I read prior to our trip people mentioned how outdated the décor was. The only thing outdated were the pictures on the web site. The condo was nicely decorated and it has a newer washer and dryer. We loved the layout of the condo and I cannot believe that no one has mentioned that FABULOUS swing on the deck! We loved it! Lastly, let me mention that the Sand Trap had wonderful food and the prices weren't bad. It was literally, right next door to our condo. We had a fish sandwich there that was some of the best fish we had during the entire trip!
