My wife and I have stayed in many locations in Destin and this one would be among the top. We always like have a condo where the bedroom window faces the beach so we can hear the waves at night, and we like being directly on the beach. This place met all the criteria. This is the first time we stayed in a unit that was directly on the ground, normally we're up high. I liked the ease of getting to the beach, but there were certain times when the little bugs would run us in. All in all, everything we great. The most important question is "would I rent again?", and the answer is absolutely!!!

We’ve stayed at this unit multiple times. Best value for the location in all of Destin. It’s one of the closet units to the beach and has great view of sunrise/sunset. We slept 5 adults comfortably and the remodel on the unit was done very nicely. Loved the outdoor furniture on the deck where we had breakfast daily. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

My husband and I stayed in this unit for a long weekend, It is a perfect size for 2 people. The walk out deck is only a few steps to the beach. Everything that you need is here. Private and easy access to evergthing. This is now our go to condo in our future beach trips.

Coffee will never be the same at home again! We spent every morning we could outside on the deck sipping coffee and reading. Evenings were spent sipping wine while watching the day end. We have stayed at SPC for many years but this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in!! The owners have used every square inch of the space wisely. There is a large pantry for groceries, more than enough cozy blankets for everyone to snuggle up with, the decor looks professionally decorated.... we wanted for nothing. We will come back to this condo again!!!!

My wife and I have stayed in several different units at sandpiper cove ranging from studio units to this 2 bedroom beachfront unit. I can say without hesitation that this unit was the nicest appointed unit we've seen. It must have been very recently renovated and no area was left untouched. The attached deck is massive and you're only steps away from beach access. The owner provided plenty of cookware and dishes, enough that we didn't even use the dishwasher until the end of our stay. The management company (Holiday isle properties) was also a pleasure to rent from and we experienced no issues during our stay. We plan to try our best to stay in this unit again the next we are in Destin. I also just want to praise the Sandpiper Cove complex in general. We've stayed at low rise & high rise condos and much prefer sandpiper to other locations. Being on holiday isle gets you away from the traffic of 98. The short journey to Norreigo point makes for a great evening walk and there is no shortage of beautiful homes on the way for those that like to dream.

We had a wonderful time and the kids wanted to stay longer. The unit is very clean and you can quickly walk to the beach. We had everything we needed in appliances to cook breakfast and lunches which was very nice. Having washer dryer in the unit is also extremely helpful. Flat screen TV's and DVD players kept the kids occupied at night prior to bed as well as the wifi. Great stay and we will definitely be back!

Very cute and comfortable condo. Beautiful view of the ocean! Location is great to all the activities. We would definitely consider staying here again. Only drawback that would keep us from staying, was there was no shower or hose to clean the sand off of our feet. Hopefully, they would consider putting one in. We tried to respect the property and keep as much sand out as possible. Overall all experience was great! We were sad to leave.
