Property was just as advertised. Nice clean apartment type. Bottom floor with a back deck very close to one of the 9 par 3 holes. Everything you need for a relaxing time.

This is a nice one bedroom. The bed and bedding are great. We loved the outlet on top of the headboard makes it great to plug up your Phone & watch! Kitchen is well stocked … we didn’t cook but used the coffee pot & refrigerator. Bathroom is a bit dated but shower worked great. We brought our dogs. Very easy in & out to let them potty. We’d stay here again.

Amazing condo and incredible customer service! The condo is located directly on hole 9 and a few yards from a pool. There is a heated pool at hole 2 so just a short walk over. We were about a 10 min walk from the beach (with the 2 littles in tow, a little shorter with only adults). Tennis and pickle ball courts were only 3-4 min walk, if that and same distance to Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant. Highly recommend the Sand Flea beach restaurant for breakfast tacos and shrimp/fish tacos. It was some of the best food we’ve ever had.Condo was very clean and sofa bed was shockingly comfortable. The pictures are a little outdated on the site, there is a sofa bed and 2 chairs, not a love seat as pictured. They had bedding for the sofa bed and several pillows available. There isn’t a fan in the living room so they’ve also provided a portable fan located in the bedroom closet that was great to have. One day it rained and upon contacting the company regarding another question, they brought over gift baskets for our kids, packed with toys. Incredible customer service! free beach service was provided and was so nice. All we had to do was let the beach service know when we arrived to the beach each day and they would reserve the chair for us. Chairs are first come first serve so if you want premium spots go reserve early. They also had 2 boogie boards available. Overall it was an amazing experience and will check for availability here anytime we decide to come back to Sandpiper.

We loved staying here, everything was great!! The hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions. The location was perfect, we were super close to bars, restaurants, shopping and more. We also loved having the golf course & the pools right at the condo complex. The map on VRBO does not show the correct location of this condo, it is not right on the beach like it shows that it is, but it is not far at all, it is easily walkable and drivable! Other than that slight confusion while I was booking this condo, everything was perfect, we will definitely be staying here again!

Overall the condo was great! Was a little shocked with the tub and shower as it looks like it’s from the 70’s and has carpet on the front of it but the rest of the condo was beautiful! Beds could definitely be bigger for how many it sleeps but the of us 2 were fine. It’s great for a short trip! It’s not beach front like the listing says but it was a beautiful property and would stay there again!

Beautiful property, with plenty of appliances and well equipped for even long stays.
Great location, about 7min walking to the beach (0.7km), or a few steps to one of the swimming pools. There are other facilities, but we didn't use them (tennis, golf, etc).
Quiet and peaceful location and neighborhood. Great option to bring your furry friends together. Plenty of amenities nearby (restaurants, supermarkets). The private beach with beach service was a great bonus as well, great for families!
On the downside, we feel like the property could have been better cleaned (we found sand and trash in places like under the sofa, under the carpet, etc). Nothing major though.
Finally, great communication with Holiday Isle! We would definitely come back! Thank you for everything.

The condo was amazing! Very clean and comfortable! Check in was a breeze!The community was very quiet at night. The restaurant on site was excellent. The private beach was beautiful, convenient to get to with plenty of parking. The location of the condo was great. A very short drive to restaurants and attractions. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Destin and I would definitely stay there again.

We were looking for a house or condo walking distance to the beach and close to other activities and found just that! Cute place with lots of amenities. Love the private beach and golf course on property. We'll definitely be back!

In Short - I didn’t want to go home. Only suggestion is make sure u specify that you want/ or don’t want pet friendly condo. We will be staying there next year. But for longer than 5 days. There were movies and golf clubs @ the holiday Isle office. They greeted my daughter with a pale for the sand. It was just very nice. I am a single mom with a daughter and we felt extremely safe. Close to the beach just perfect all around. Highly recommended

My stay exceeded my expectations, the property was lovely, walking distance to beach. Close to many restaurants, stores and activities. The room was a little on the cold side , but all in all i would stay again. I enjoyed my stay . It was my 4th trip to Destin and my 1st time at Sandpiper Cove

My best friend and I stayed a few days just to get out of town. The condo was close to everything and was clean as could be. It made our lives easy to be able to take a water taxi from the condo to everything we wanted to do! Perfect location, clean as could be, and definitely better than described!

We came and stayed here on our yearly vacation this year. The location and condo were great! The check-in process was smooth and easy. The beach was great and we enjoyed spending our days relaxing. Would recommend this to friends and we look forward to staying here again.

Clean, extremely accommodating with thoughtful extras (cabana, boogie boards, cards, sand castle building materials, and more). Pool and grill area steps away from The covered patio... Just have to walk across one of the holes on the par 3 course that's woven throughout the complex. Don't expect anything fancy or to putt if you play, but a 2 putt rule never hurt anybody on vacation ??. Ultimately, the private beach access took "winner of show" and coming from a golf enthusiast and none swimmer that says a lot. If it were a full 18 hole course or better maintained, I'd more than likely have a different opinion. Awkward placement of the toilet (right behind a door that's a few feet away from the TV and loveseat) but no real drawbacks that I can think of. I'll definitely consider them on my next visit and you should too!

We could not have asked for a better location. There was a grocery store across the street and the beach was a very quick walk away and the pool right in our back yard. Our only complaint would be that it was a bit small for my boys as they are older thus bigger. Regardless, the majority of our time was spent at the beach anyways! Look farward to coming back next year!!

This unit was nice and clean when we arrived. All dishes, silverware, and utensils were clean as well (we did rinse everything before use). The unit has on suite laundry, dishwasher, microwave, and a newer stove / oven. Everything worked as expected.

I enjoyed my stay here -- the unit was clean and backed up to the golf course and pool. It also was pet friendly. Only a ten-minute walk to the beach. Beach service was included with the unit, which was awesome. I definitely plan to book here again next summer!!!
