When you open the doors to this spacious home, you’re greeted with the open floor plan featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the large flat screen Smart TV.
The kitchen has ample counter space to cook up a meal before heading to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you will need, so you don’t have to pack anything from home. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. There is even a standalone ice machine located by the dining area and filter water dispenser located inside the refrigerator. Both a Keurig and filter coffee maker are provided for your morning cup of coffee while relaxing on the comfortable outdoor seating. There is a gas grill provided as well so you can cook some burgers while not missing your favorite football time on the large Flat Screen TV outside.

Inside, adjacent to the kitchen is dining area with seating for the whole family and allows for conversation to follow from the kitchen to the dining area or living room. Located on the main floor of this home is also a full-sized washer & dryer. For the kids’ enjoyment and those young at heart there is a game room located on the main floor as well. The game room features a pool table, foosball, a plush sofa to enjoy the TV and play games on the provided Xbox, and The Simpsons game as well. There is something for everyone to enjoy in this room and it will be a hit with the family!

There are 3 bedrooms located on the main floor of the home. There are 2 guest bedrooms both offering Queen beds and flat screen TVs. The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower.

The Master bedroom offers a King-sized bed and flat screen Smart TV. The spacious Master Bathroom has a double vanity sink, large walk-in shower, and a separate bath tub.

Upstairs is the Bunk room with 2 sets of double bunk beds, both with 2 Twin Trundles. There is a futon as well that can accommodate a guest, allowing this home to sleep 16 total. The third bathroom of the home is located upstairs as well and offers a combination tub/shower. There is a balcony access as well from the Bunk room overlooking the community.

There is a community pool that is available for your use as well with this home and the golf cart is available for you to use (state and local law apply) to get to and from the public beach. The public beach is less than a 5 minute drive away from the home.
