In compliance with the City of Destin, this home can only sleep 12 people and has a maximum of 2 parking spaces.

Welcome to Punta Vista Mare, a spacious four-bedroom 3 bath home tucked away in the gated Destin Pointe community on Holiday Isle. With its inviting accommodations, private outdoor spaces, and convenient location near the Gulf and private pool this home is a wonderful choice for families and groups looking to enjoy a relaxing Destin getaway.

Punta Vista Mare offers a unique split-level layout with two separate living spaces. Please note that the lower and upper levels do not connect from the inside. Each level has its own exterior entrance, and the upper level is accessible only by an outdoor staircase. This distinctive setup provides added privacy and flexibility for larger families or groups traveling together while still giving everyone their own comfortable space.

The lower level features two bedrooms, including a comfortable King bedroom and a Queen bedroom. The lower-level bathroom features a large walk in shower. The lower-level living room provides a welcoming gathering space with a Queen sofa sleeper, making it easy to accommodate additional guests. The former garage has been thoughtfully converted into an additional living area with a convenient kitchenette, creating even more room for guests to spread out, relax, watch TV, or enjoy a casual snack without having to use the main kitchen.

Upstairs, the main living space provides an inviting area for gathering, dining, and enjoying time together. The upper level includes a spacious King master bedroom and a guest bedroom furnished with 2 sets twin bunk beds, making it an especially convenient space for children or younger guests. There are 2 bathrooms located on the upper level. The first bathroom offers a walk in shower while the second bathroom offers a walk in shower and stand alone tub. The upper level also offers access to a private balcony where guests can step outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Outside, Punta Vista Mare truly shines. Guests can take advantage of the home's private pool and hot tub, creating the perfect setting for relaxing after a day spent at the beach. The pool can be heated in the winter for an additional daily fee of $55 plus tax. Destin Pointe also offers beautiful community amenities, including swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, within the gated community.

When you're ready for the beach, Destin Pointe's private beach is just a short stroll away, and the community's location places you near both the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. The neighborhood offers a peaceful, tucked-away atmosphere while still putting you close to Destin's restaurants, boating, fishing, shopping, water activities, and entertainment.

With four bedrooms, multiple living areas, a private lap pool and hot tub, and plenty of space for up to 12 guests, Punta Vista Mare offers a comfortable and flexible home base for your next Destin vacation. Whether you're spending the day on the beach, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying an evening together, this unique Destin Pointe home gives your group room to vacation together while still enjoying separate spaces and plenty of privacy.
