Our overall experience was pretty good. The location is fantastic. Beautiful views. The condo is a bit dated, and I was surprised that they included only one trash bag, no paper towels, three rolls of toilet paper, no cleaning supplies.

After roughly two weeks of searching, we finally found this beautiful spot close to the beach. It had plenty of space for all of us. The beach view was wonderful and you could hear the waves if you sat on the patio. The beds were super clean, but springy, yet we all slept well. The ice machine was a delightful surprise for our stay in the summer, and the included chairs and umbrella made visiting the beach whenever we wanted a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again next time I want to go to Destin!

What a great place to stay during our first beach trip to Destin. Perfect ocean front condo that offers so much. From the covered parking to the easy access of the elevator to get to the condo, which is very clean and spacious. And not to mention the view of the ocean that you get to enjoy while relaxing on the patio, cooking lunch for the family or even laying in the master bedroom. You're also steps from the beach and pool. Plus, a range of stores and restaurants are within minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

Condo is large and comfortable with a great view and location. Condo is very dated but you get what you pay for. Only negative is that there were no essentials, like salt and. pepper. You must bring everything, although that is part of the condo description.

Loved it. The condo was absolutely beautiful, more so than the pictures convey. The gulf was gorgeous in this location. Convenient location to elevator. Reserved parking was nice. Took no time to be on the beach. Lots of great food options nearby. Our only complaints were that the pool was really hot this time of year (mid August) and maintenance knocked on, and attempted to open our door multiple times to look at minor items in the condo.

Oceania 705 We had a great stay! Great property! Balcony and views are the best on the Gulf! Oceania Complex is secure and clean. Our Unit was spotless. Very convenient parking, elevators, beach access, etc. Check in was easy. Great location. We walked to Target and a couple of restaurants. Holiday Isle has a private and secure feel to it.

Wonderful stay in your beautiful condo! Who'd a thunk we would be walking the shore on Christmas day, picking up sea shells. A very special Christmas break. Hopefully will see you again soon!

This space was exceptional! The condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We were so pleased at the beautiful ocean front views. Convenient to shopping and site seeing around the area. The pool and beaches were clean and everyone we met was so nice. The property was well protected and we felt extremely safe on the property and in the surrounding area. If you are looking for ocean front views this space is a must! Destin, FL was a wonderful vacation spot.

We had an amazing week. The condo was much more than we expected. Well furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed and there things for the beach. The pool was really cold so we spent most of our time at the beach. We haven't left yet and are looking forward to a week next year.

I cannot tell how beautiful this condo is. First the decorating is excellent. Not to much and everything is of a nice quality. We spent Christmas there and will do it again. The view is to die for. The beds are comfortable as well as the sofas. We had an issue with the dishwasher but maintenance is onsite and came immediately. Well done owners!

Beautiful condo and very clean! Loved the view and location to beach and pool. Could have used more waste baskets and bath towels. Seemed like the internet was sketchy sometimes. All in all it was an excellent choice!
