This was an excellent location from which to enjoy the beach in Fort Walton. The balcony views great and getting to the beach was easy.

We found this place very last minute. Balcony faces the ocean. Direct private beach access with chair service. Quiet calm beach. Not overly crowded at all. So happy we booked this spot. We will definitely be back. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. We checked in after the office closed but they had already sent a text with instructions. Very easy. Beds were amazing

Great location on the end of the island so not a lot of traffic. Easy to get to local restaurants in the area. Condo has everything you need and the best part is the huge balcony overlooking the pool and gulf. Host is super responsive and check in was super easy.

The condo was very welcoming and cozy. Nice beach vibe and great colors. It felt comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great view and huge pool. Nice large balcony to enjoy sunrise and sunset with plenty of seating for family time. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely look to come back for more memories.

This property and experience was fantastic! It was what my daughter wanted for graduation and Okaloosa Island and this condo did not disappoint. Very clean and well equipped. Only negative was that there are no recliners in living room (but my husband is a little spoiled). Furniture was comfortable and large balcony was extra nice! I loved the outdoor furniture! We will be back next summer for sure!

This resort has certainly become a favorite place to stay for me and family. The condo was clean roomy and ideally located for our after Christmas get away. The kitchen was up to date with all the appliances I needed and every room had smart tvs. This is our second stay at the exact same resort in the exact same condo. We have decided it will be a yearly thing for us. As full time caregivers to my parents who both have dementia, me my husband and our daughter were looking forward to rest and relaxation. Our stay at the resort with the gulf view was exactly what we needed. We’ll be back!

I fully enjoyed my stay at this resort. I loved the easy contact check-in/ check-out process. The condo beautiful & clean. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. The modern upgrades with the smart tv & echo dot gave us the feeling of being in our own home. There was easy access to the beach. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the unit, but rather the young man in charge of the beach setups. Each morning as soon as they were set, I would go down and place my towel and know that was my spot for the remainder of the day. Two hours later as I prepared to return to the beach, I watched the boy speak to a gentleman and then go remove my towel and place it on a back row setup. I immediately went down and approached him to inquire why and his response was that he was tipped $20 for my setup! I was furious! He again repeated that he was tipped $20 & wanted to know what could be done to make me happy. The implication being if I tipped him, he'd get me a better spot.!!? So rather then spending the day looking at the waves gently hitting the beach, I spent the day looking at the back of beach chairs. Fortunately this occurred on our last day.Other than this unpleasant experience, the unit was clean,comfortable and we would definitely recommend it.

Was a nice place. Easy to get on beach. Having access to chairs and umbrellas onsite was nice. Also went on Dolphin cruise which was great. Would not have thought of that without it being listed as perk of staying there.

They had our chairs out every morning and they would have people move if they took our chairs. The condo was very nice. I loved having carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. It was well stocked in the kitchen. When we had a few problems with the unit the rental company had someone come over to address our issues. They were taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

I really liked the place but the bathroom sink kept getting stopped up . Water would not drain out. I was told it was going to be fixed but it was not. Couldn’t brush teeth or use it. We had to go to master bathroom to brush our teeth etc.

Location right on the white sand beach. Beach was clean with chairs and umbrella setup each day for each unit. We took morning & evening walks on the beach. Good size pool on the property between the beach and condo. Area was clean and quiet with a few restaurants a few miles down the road. Condo was perfect :)

We loved that the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the gulf views so they stay dark in the mornings. Lovely beach decor, comfortable beds, large master bathroom, we cooked several meals in the kitchen. One of my favorite features was the included beach chairs. Each morning a staff member sets up all the condo beach chairs and umbrellas for the guests, I was so appreciative that I did not have to carry or set up any chairs. Everything is very clean and kept up well. Pool was also wonderful! We will be coming back to Islander and hopefully this very same unit.

Everything was fabulous. If I was to have one complaint it would be in the 2nd bathroom. The shower knob has issues (mold) and no baking sheet in kitchen. No impact on stay since our week was fantastic

Loved they had enough toilet paper and paper towels that could be used until we were able to get to the store. We had a problem getting into the condo upon arrival Saturday evening. Called the emergency contact number, left a message and our call was returned within minutes, helping us to correctly enter the access code. We had originally booked this trip for May 2020 but had to reschedule due to the COVID shutdown. Many many kudos to Brooks and Shorey for allowing us to reschedule for this year without losing our original deposit. They were awesome to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

They actually called with our door code earlier than 4, but we were still on our way from Texas. Our parking pass was inside the condo ready for us. The hospitality app was very helpful. Made checking out easy. The only thing we had to get for the condo was our food for the week. It was nice that the beach chairs and umbrella were free for the week. We saw dolphins one day as we sat on the beach. Everything was better than expected! We will definitely stay here every summer!!!! Highly recommend and I am very picky!!!
