Kitchen had rotten wood around pantry. Wallpapers in many areas barely affixed to wall. Dishwasher rusted and came out of cabinet when opened and in desperate need of replacement. Pots and pans were of such cheap quality that everything cooked in them stuck and/or burned. Both bathrooms need to be retiled or else recaulked b/c it was growing mold in all the cracks. Shower heads and faucets and water knobs were also rusted and literally unhygiene. AC didn't cool well and the last day/night did not cool at all so we sweated and could not sleep b/c was so uncomfortable. For a price of $2,000 , this condo was VERY DISAPPOINTING to me and my family. We heard from other tenants that their units were nicely renovated and done so with quality, unlike ours, being No. 416. This is very sad, as this was my family's once-a-year vacation where we like to enjoy quality time visiting and pay the price to stay in a luxury beach condo, but that did not happen.
