Inlet Reef is nearing the end of a a complex, wide waterproofing project. A majority of this project is done and the remaining work is focused on the non beachside portion of the complex on the end units. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

The open floor plan allows you to have ample space in this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. The kitchen is on the right once you step into the hallway. The kitchen has all full-size appliances and pots and pans needed to cook up a quick bite or a seafood feast for the family. There is a small nook area off the kitchen that features a trundle bed.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV to enjoy a night movie or football game. There is a large dining area adjacent to the living room that seats 6. The balcony is spacious and has seating for 6. This complex is directly on the beach so no crossing any streets to get to the beautiful emerald coast water.

The master bedroom is located across from the living room. The bedroom offers a King size bed, a flat screen TV, and balcony access. The adjoining Master bathroom has a large vanity area and a walk in shower.

The first guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom offers a Full/Twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower.

Located on the 4th floor of Inlet Reef, this unit offers great partial views of the Gulf and surrounding areas. Wifi and a full sized washer and dryer are also included with your stay.
