Inlet Reef is nearing the end of a a complex, wide waterproofing project. A majority of this project is done and the remaining work is focused on the non beachside portion of the complex on the end units. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

The kitchen has a plethora of granite counter space, full size appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite feast. The dining area comes with a rectangular table set for six, while there is a breakfast table set for two in the kitchen nook.
The tiled living area comes with a wall mounted big screen HDTV, a DVD player, two plush chairs, a Love Seat, a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, and balcony access.
The Master bedroom has a King bed, a wall mounted HDTV, and balcony access. The Master bathroom has a separated makeup area with its on vanity, an additional vanity, and a walk in shower.
The Guest Bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen HDTV and two Twin beds. The Guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.
The condo has a spacious hexagonal balcony that offers plenty of outside seating, and outside dining table, and a wet bar. The balcony offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico and Inlet Reef’s pool.
