307 is a Remodeled 2 Bedroom/2 bath, into a 3 BR / 2 bath.

The open floor plan of this condo allows you to take in the tranquil feel as soon as you open the door. The living room offers multiple comfortable seating options, all of which can see the stunning Emerald Green Gulf Waters and the large flat screen TV. Tasteful artwork is carefully placed to not distract from any of the condo views.

The kitchen is spacious and neutrally decorated with ample granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances to cook a full 5 course meal. All pots, pans, dishware, and utensils are provided all you need to bring is your catch of the day. If you're worried about being excluded from the group while cooking or missing the evening sunset, worry no more. The open kitchen allows you to see the whole living room and dining area. The dining table has seating for 7.

The converted breakfast nook is now a guest bedroom that has twin size bunk beds and a flat screen TV. The washer and dryer are also located in this room.

The second guest bedroom offers a Queen and Twin Size bed and a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bathroom is accessible via the living room area and offers a combination tub/shower.

The Master Bedroom offers a King Size bed, Flat Screen TV, balcony access and an adjoining Master Bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a huge vanity/seating area and sink separate from the part of the bathroom. There is a second sink located in the room with the walk-in shower. Now everyone can get ready for the beach at once to make sure not an once of sunlight is missed.

The condo was beautiful, clean and had breathtaking views. All the amenities that you need and easy access to the beach. The umbrella service was a plus, but be early (first come, first serve). The host was fabulous and responsive. I will hopefully be able to book again next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The view of the ocean was beautiful. Close to lots of restaurants, activities, and shops. The twin bunk beds are more for children and not an adult, but was doable. Thanks for a great memorable week with family!

We had a great time during our vacation at this condo. The view was amazing. We loved the easy beach access and beautiful clear water. The condo was clean and as advertised. The location was great: far enough away from the busy sections of Destin to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to be a short drive to restaurants and attractions.

Could not have asked for a better experience with this air bnb for our spring break vacation with our kids. The condo was super clean, everything looked like the photos and THE VIEW! 😍 this place is perfect if you want a peaceful and comfortable place to stay that is close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Holiday Isle’s is a wonderful place to spent your beachfront vacation. I couldn’t of asked for a more comfortable and relaxing place. I will most definitely book with them again. Thanks for a very memorable vacation.

Beautiful scenery off the deck. We saw dolphins and other wildlife everyday. The pool was perfect for our kids to play in. There is an exercise facility which was nice and clean. The elevators had lists of activities and local restaurants. They even had an Easter egg hunt and baskets for the kids.

Perfect location, with a wonderful beach right in front of the unit. The view was exceptional and the balcony is perfect for a glass of wine after a fun day. Moreover the unit was very quiet, clean, safe, and well laid out.
My only nit (even though described) is in 2023 it is odd for an Airbnb to require you to bring your own shower soap, shampoo, beach towels, and laundry soap (when it has a machine). Again, this was referenced in advance so did not take off a star--and was easily remedied by a quick drive to CVS, just odd. Overall, still an excellent stay!
A note for planning, Destin is super busy during spring break, if you want to find a little nicer scene for food, and a bit calmer, a short drive to 30A is fun, and well worth it.

Great Stay

This was a much-needed vacation for my family. Everything was lovely, unit#307 was clean and the beachfront view was beautiful, I sat on the balcony every night and peacefully meditated to the sound of the waves.. Everyone was very friendly and the office manager was very professional and accommodating, We are planning on returning before this year is over. Destin Beach is now my new happy place...... Thank you for sharing your home with my family!
