We had a great time. Location was close to everything. We had TV issues but they came in a timely matter to resolve them. Check in was a little hard. They had a hard time finding the office at first. Would be nice to have beach towels available. Hard to pack when flying in. You could charge if they disappear. Since living room is a sofa bed it would be nice if the windows with blinds were blackout shades like the patio doors. It’s bright early in the morning for those sleeping there. Walk to the beach was nice but far for one with knee issues. A cart or shuttle would be helpful since there is not parking near the entrance to beach. Pool was nice. It was great to have a washer and dryer.

This is a nice unit. VRBO description and pictures accurate. The unit is in the building right next to the pool for this complex. Read the details in the description and welcome package - there is very limited initial toiletry items and no cooking supplies other than the essential pots and pans. Be sure to bring your own supplies if you will be there longer than 2 days and plan on cooking meals. One of the best features of this complex is the private beach, as long as you don't mind the 7-10 min walk to get there. It has gated access off of Gulf Shore Dr and a wide stretch of beach dedicated to Holiday Isle Properties. The beach was not crowded and was a great family environment. We plan to stay at this complex again in the future. Great location for all the activities, shopping and restaurants in Destin.

My stay was great ! The condo had a great view and was clean . The beds was very comfortable to sleep in . The location wasn’t far from the beach , and was close to a lot of restaurants and outlet malls . Will stay there again .

Husband and I decided to take a quick Destin Getaway and Holiday Isle was the perfect place to stay. Close to beach 5 min walk, close to great restaurants and all the tourists activities. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was perfect for us and the screened in patio was amazing. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go. The private beach area was incredible and definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again! The condo had all the necessary amenities needed for our 8 nights. This condo is also super close to pool which was nice for us. The pool was not ever overcrowded or loud. Everyone we met at the pool and beach were very friendly!

Great place to stay!! Had no issues except the carpet in the master room need to be thrown out. Lots of stains. Everything else was perfect, great view and very peaceful from the neighbors. Well stay again

Great stay! We loved the area, the condo furniture, and the view from the enclosed patio! The office staff was professional and friendly. They accommodated us and allowed us to check in early! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything is as stated. Views are great! Kids enjoyed looking in harbor for sea life and swimming in the pool. Walk to beach wasn't too terrible, maybe 8 minutes for all of us (toddler in tow), with a sidewalk the entire way. Communication was top notch and all the kiddos got a complimentary beach bucket filled with toys. No paper towels provided, which would have been handy, but not a huge deal. Ceiling fan on balcony was nice! I gave check-in 4 stars. It wasn't difficult by any means, just seemed an unnecessary step in the process when entry is gained via key-code lock. Beach access card/beach buckets could be left in condo for guests to ease that part of the process. You are required to return beach access card on your way out also, but there is a drop box if you're leaving a day or time the office isn't open. The drop off location is on your way in and out, and relatively easy to find and access, but again, just seems an unnecessary step that could be easily remedied. Overall, we would definitely stay with Holiday Isle again. Super great to work with!

Family of 5 with two young boys and grandma! We had an amazing vacation! The location was perfect! beach was a short enjoyable walk! the view to the harbor was nice from the enclosed balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee! right on the second floor close to the elevators and next to the pool! it was very quiet and private! we were mostly out all day but our nights were very restful and relaxed! very cozy and AC cooled down for our comfort! fans in bedrooms and living room! stores, restaurants and all entertainment all within minutes drive! we will definitely be back!

My husband, Mom, and brother stayed here to visit my sister in the hospital. The condo was perfect. It was roomy enough for all. We grilled dinner on the propane grill outside and ate at the dining room table every night. It was so nice to come home from the hospital to eat, enjoy the scenery/pool/beach and relax. We would definitely book this place again. Thank you!

We NEVER stay “off the beach”. That all changes after this experience. Great location. Beautiful view. Wonderful facility and neighborhood. We will be back in the fall.

We had a great trip to the beach. The location was perfect for what we needed, and a very short walk to a gated beach access. Close to good restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and everything we used worked properly. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful last minute family trip!

This place is beautiful!! The pictures are already beautiful but when you get there it’s amazing! The elevator up and to your condo is no walk at all!!!! The pool is amazing! The condo itself offers everything out need! We were blown away!

Great location. First day/night the air conditioner wasn't working, called the next morning and within a few hours they had someone out for repairs. Not a bad walk to the beach and within a twenty minute drive to the harbor
