Step in to paradise and take a peek at Destin on the Gulf 505. Enjoy Free Beach Service during season which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the 5th floor of Destin on the Gulf and can sleep 6 comfortably.

The spacious kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, dishware and silverware so you will not have to bring anything from home to whip up your favorite meal. The dining area is home to a dining table with ample room to seat 6 comfortably in the plush dining room chairs. The living room has a large smart flat screen HDTV and offers an unparalleled view of the Gulf of Mexico through the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a smart HDTV, and a large side window you can crack open and listen to the wave as you rest after a long day of beach bumming. The beautiful master bathroom has a double vanity and a true walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has two Full size beds and an HDTV so you can sleep additional guests in comfort without having to resort to a Sofa sleeper. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

***This unit must be rented weekly during Summer and Spring Break. The week must run from Saturday to Saturday during the Summer and Sunday to Sunday during Spring and after Labor Day***

We had a wonderful stay!! The unit had everything we needed! It was updated & nicely decorated with mirrors, glass, & beach theme. The king bed was amazingly comfortable The pool & common area are amazing!! The view is outstanding. And the best part is the easy access to the beach & beach service. It was extremely clean!! I would love to stay here again.

Wonderful experience! It's the week of Christmas and my husband, me, and our 7-year-old had spent the first few days of our vacation at a local Hilton. We were miserable in our hotel room and needed something special --especially a little privacy and a kitchen. (We were bleeding money eating every meal at restaurants.) We found this property on Airbnb and the hosts were super-responsive! We moved in that very day. Thank you for saving our vacation!!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and had a well stocked kitchen. TV’s and appliances all worked perfectly. The two full bathrooms were a huge plus traveling with our teenage daughter (iykyk). We were steps away from the pool and beach. The beach service was awesome and Jose took great care of us. Tons of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores just minutes away. We spent a little more than we normally do for our annual gulf vacation but it was worth every penny. Simply a beautiful property. I hope we’re able to stay here again.

Condo was in the perfect location and looked exactly like the photos. The check in and check out processes were very easy. The only recommendations I would have is to change the mattress in the master bedroom as it way to firm and uncomfortable and provide a small cooler to take to the beach.

I can’t say enough about this place. It was absolutely perfect for our getaway. The location is ideal with lots of great restaurants and stores nearby. The Gulf front view was so peaceful and the beach chair service it comes with was a welcome surprise! I definitely plan on booking another trip!! We also loved the fact that it was a gated community.

After summer week in Destin

Lovely unit, very clean. Great location away from crowds. Only complaint the wifi reception was very poor and we had to go downstairs to work. UPDATE: The WiFi issues throughout the Destin on the Gulf Building have been addressed, and the WiFi is now working properly.

Destin on the Gulf #505

The condo #505 was very nice but it was not very clean. I blame this on the cleaning service. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty and glasses with lipstick stains. The bathrooms were also not very clean and I found a lot of hair and soap scum. I did not like the complex facility. The main door to the pool and beach was cluttered day and night with lawn furniture, umbrellas, foating toys, etc. and looked like a flea market. It was very ugly. Even though the condo was nice, it was unclean and the complex was not at all maintained or nice. I would not recommend this to a European. There are many much nicer locations to stay without those problems.

Excellent Condo

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. Off the hustle bustle of HWY 98 on a large beach. The unit itself is very comfortable and updated. Our family has stayed here a number of times and can't wait to return!
