The pool at Beach House will be closed until mid-March and the closed again in November for repairs.

Have a look at this one bedroom, two bathroom beach front condo with Free Beach Service for 2 at Beach House, condo 401D, conveniently located in Miramar Beach Florida. As you enter the condo you will first come to the Kitchen, complete with granite countertops, full size appliances, and all the silverware and dishware needed to prepare a meal. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Dining Area and a round table set for four guests. Next is the Living Area, home to plenty of comfortable seating, a HDTV, access to the balcony, and a couch that doubles as a Sofa Sleeper to accommodate guests. The Bedroom has a large King bed and a HDTV. The Bathroom has dual vanities and a walk-in shower. As beautiful as this newly updated property is, the Balcony is where Beach House 401D truly shines as it offers an unobstructed view of the crystal white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a beach front pool, a “kiddie” pool, on site grills, an on-site gym, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a one-minute walk to the neighboring seafood restaurant “The Surf Hut”.

This was a return visit to the NBeach House. Have not been there in 9 years and was so pleased with this unit! Very clean, nostalgic for me and absolutely wonderful! Check in and communication with owners was quick and efficient. Will definitely be back!

Great property with beautiful ocean view and access. Only criticism would be a better quality frying pan could be provided. We bought one to use since we cooked in the condo for many meals. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

We loved our stay and the view was amazing. This condo has a private beach and wasn't over crowded. The pool was pretty even though we never got to get in it. You are in walking distance to the Surf Hut for dinner on the beach which is nice. Across the street you can shop at Alvins Island. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

My family of four had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The beach view from the balcony was perfect and was a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. Beach access was very convenient and umbrella/chairs were available. The condo was conveniently located near restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping. We can’t wait to return.

The place was as advertised. The balcony overlooked the Gulf of Mexico and was a perfect place to read, play cards or just enjoy the scenery. The communications with the management company that handled the rental was outstanding. We have used a lot of VRBO properties and this company's communications exceeded all of them. Whenever we contacted them they would respond within minutes

Beautiful location. Directly on Beach. Balcony is great with unobstructed view of the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Quick access to grocery store and places to eat. We will be making more visits to area and will plan to stay again.

Condo 401D

Overall, this was a great place to stay for the week! The condo was clean, comfortable and accommodated two people nicely. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing!! We couldn’t have asked for a better ocean view. When we weren’t on the beach, we were on the balcony. It was so relaxing to have breakfast out there and watch the dolphins go by. Beautiful! The beach chairs and umbrella service was a nice perk. The beach in front of the condo is private so it wasn’t overcrowded. We didn’t rent a car and while we were able to walk to some shops and restaurants, a car may have been nice to have, but not a must. The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay which was a bit of a bummer (as the nights were cooler), but the heated pool was nice and we did enjoy a pool swim after the day at the beach. Management was great and super responsive to questions. Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice get away with amazing views. Thank you!!
