Welcome to beachfront luxury at Destin Pointe, Aqua Sound.

In compliance with the City of Destin, this multi-leveled home can only sleep 12 people and has a maximum of 3 parking spaces.

Located in the quite community of Destin Pointe, Aqua Sound is located right on the beach and a short walk from the community pool.

On the main floor of the home is the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living area offers plenty of plush comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The floor to ceiling windows and doors located in the living room offer a stunning view of the Emerald Green waters and beautiful white sandy beaches. This home comes with complimentary beach service as well, so you don’t need to pack your own chairs to enjoy the beach. The dining table offers seating for 6 and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has all full-sized appliances so you can cook up a feast for the family. All cookware and dishes are provided so you can cook up your catch of the day. Small appliances such as a blender are provided as well. A half bathroom is located on the main floor as well.

Located on the main floor of the home is one of the 4 bedrooms. The bedroom offers a King-sized bed and large flat screen TV. An attached sunroom offers a great space to enjoy the view of Destin Pointe before hitting the beach or to relax after spending the day at the pool. There is a full bathroom located on this floor with a large walk-in shower.

Located on the lower floor of the home offers a bedroom/living area. There are 2 twin beds located in this area. There is also a small seating area by the beds and closer to the balcony is a small dining area. There is access to the more private lower-level deck which has seating for a meal or a cup of coffee. You can also access the main deck from the lower deck.

The upper floor of the home features the last 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first guest bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. There is also balcony access from this guest bedroom overlooking Destin Pointe. The Master Bedroom is spacious and offers a King-sized bead and spectacular views. The large floor to ceiling window and doors give you an elevated view of the Gulf of Mexico. The elegant master bathroom offers double vanity sinks and a spacious walk-in shower.
