We had an amazing stay at this condo! My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, it made the experience extra fun for them. The condo itself was very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Being right off the beach was a huge bonus, and the views were stunning. Everything felt so comfortable and welcoming, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. We truly had the best vacation and would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful condo! The 3-year old loved the bunk beds. I always love staying at the Aegean, and the beach front ground floor units are great with small children. Everything was perfect! I would definitely book this unit again.

Very kind and communicative throughout the stay! I never had to reach out for anything as they gave great details beforehand. Such a nice condo with extremely close beach access! The condo itself was very nice and you can tell they thought about all the details. A bit of construction going on around the surrounding landscape but didn’t really bother us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Everything was amazing, the only problem I had was the dryer situation. I was being told many different things in term it being repaired. But in the end it all worked out

The check in office was a little hard to find at first because it's off the beaten path but once we found it, everything else was a breeze. We loved everything about our stay!!

The condo unit was beautifully decorated, super clean, peaceful and the beds & bedding in every room were SO COMFY! Absolutely loved our stay in this unit.
The only disappointment we had was with the grounds themselves. Everything seemed to be under construction or need repair on the outside. Even the walkways to the beach. My husband picked up a rusty nail as we walked to the beach from our unit to the beach. Would have liked to have known this would be the case during our stay.
Other than that our stay was wonderful!

Where do I even start with this little slice of heaven! Such a cute and clean condo! This condo has been beautifully updated, no corner left untouched! The patio is amazing with plenty of room to eat, relax, drink coffee or even play cornhole. As far as the bedrooms, the beds are so comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows. The bathrooms are modern and clean, with super soft towels! There is a bin on the patio with tons of beach chairs and toys and a great wagon. The location on the 1st floor is perfect and convenient especially with children! Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio chairs with a great view and sound of the waves or an evening cocktail enjoying the sunset. The water on the beach is beautiful. I love the quietness of the holiday isle area with the convenience of all the shops and yummy restaurants just minutes away. We will definitely be back to this unit!

This condo is definitely a favorite! There is a very short walk to the beach. The condo is spacious, has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of closet space. The huge patio was great for lunches, dinners and simply sitting and enjoying the weather. There were beach chairs and beach toys for our family. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic unit. Tons of living space, as well as enough sleeping space for a big family. It is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Super clean and a very well equipped kitchen. The ground floor location is perfect with a huge patio which gives you privacy, a beautiful view and super easy access to the beach. A huge bonus are the included beach chairs, umbrella, cornhole and big box of beach toys. The property is in a great location being close to so many restaurants yet in a quiet area of the beach. Target and Publix are just minutes away. I highly recommend this unit. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

Perfect place for our family! Being right on the beach on the ground floor was perfect for our crew. The condo was spacious & clean, with beautiful decor! It appeared Aegean as a whole was undergoing construction, so the outside areas (grilling areas, pool, walk to and from the beach) didn’t look great while we were there, but we can’t wait to see what it looks like when it’s finished. Our host was wonderful & responsive. We hope to book again next year!
