Q: Can we still come stay in our booked property during this time?

A: No,  We are not able to take any reservations at this time through April 11th.  Any reservations during this time have been cancelled and refunded.


Q: Are the beaches open?

A: Currently, beaches are closed until 4/30/2020.


Q: Are complex amenities available?

A: At this time a few complexes are still offering their swimming pools and tennis courts but it is changing daily. Please contact us for updates.


Q: Are restaurants and bars open during this time?

A: At this time the Florida Governor has decided restaurants cannot allow seating inside. Many restaurants are offering free delivery or to-go options at this time.


Q: I left a message or sent an email about my reservation and haven’t heard a response yet.

A: Our office hours are currently 9 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday. We are seeing an increase in calls and emails but responding to messages and emails as fast as possible. Please know you will probably receive a faster response via email since we have more workers working remotely than in the office.


Q: We’re immunocompromised or not well enough to travel during our stay dates. What can we do?

A: If you are arriving before 4/30/2020, we are happy to move your dates to anytime before August 1, 2021. If you feel uncomfortable traveling and want to cancel please give us a call, chat to us on our online chat feature, or email us at:

Q: We want to cancel our reservation and have travel insurance what can we do?

A: Please contact us so we can cancel your reservation in our software. To file a claim with the insurance company, please call 833-610-0736 and they will help you with the process.

 Q:  We want to book for summer or fall this year but are worried about COVID-19 impacting our stay dates. 

A:  We are allowing cancellations and refunds for anyone who is being impacted by COVID-19.  We currently do not know when the impact of COVID-19 will lessen so we do not want guests to worry about not being refunded if we are seeing impacts later this year.

As this situation is ever evolving we will keep you updated with any changes to our area as we become aware.
