With Gulf views from almost every space of the condo, we are going to let the pictures do most of the talking.

The amount of a deposit? Cancellation policy?
Answer:
Requiring 30% of the total upon booking if you're booking more than 2 weeks before arrival. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.
The cancellation policy:
We do offer a full refund within 48 hours of booking, if you cancel we will issue a 100% refund.
If you cancel within 90 days of arrival you will forfeit your 30% payment. If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival you forfeit all payments made unless the condo/home is rebooked for the same price and dates.
