Pointe South Unit A - Pointe South is a nice, small, quiet, 8-unit townhome complex located waterfront on the western side of the east-end cove of Destin Harbor. Every unit has its own deeded boat slip. They have a pool (Unit A is located next to the pool) and they are just a 3-block walk to the beach, with a sidewalk to the beach and with a stop sign at the beach, to stop car traffic while you and yours cross the street to the beach.

They have a high-level (condominium-like) townhome association with common insurance and common upkeep (ask about this). Also, the Holiday Isle neighborhood association ($150/year). Unit A is not itself waterfront --- it is in the set of 4 units that are not waterfront.
